Hotel con parcheggio a Sofia

L'esperienza dell'hotel era davvero buona. Le dimensioni delle camere, strutture come palestra, piscina, ecc, il bar era ben mantenuto e soddisfaceva le mie aspettative. Molto raccomandato

The Junior Suite was wonderful, essentially a studio apartment with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, large windows, a private balcony seating area and extensive shelf space. The bathroom was very modern with a very nice tall shower. The beds were very comfortable and the room was large, with a couch. Definitely a great place for both short and long stays. There were a few small inconveniences in the room, but nothing that affected our stay (water seemed to leak over the door of the shower onto the shower mat; toilet seat was very stiff and loud to open/close; closets were very wide but oddly short to accommodate extra drawers, so too small to hang dresses in full length; the automatic lighting inside the closets did not turn off correctly; and our key card stopped working in the middle of our stay and had to be fixed at the reception). The hotel is very close to a tram stop, so it's easy to get into the city center, and it's also very close to the Cultural Center. It is a bit more of a trek to walk into the city, but still possible in 20 minutes or so. The hotel is located on a small street off the main road and the sidewalk leading up to it is very narrow and in disrepair. You would not guess that the inside of the hotel is so sleek and modern based on the older surrounding area.

Very Disappointing Service – Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at Hotel COOP Sofia and had an unpleasant experience with one of the receptionists, Mariana. When I called the reception to request some ice for my room, she informed me ,in a rather rude tone ! That the hotel does not deliver ice to rooms and that I had to come downstairs to collect it myself. As I tried to explain that I had received ice in my room the previous evening, she abruptly hung up the phone. When I went down to the lobby to clarify the situation, I told her that her behavior was unacceptable and that an apology would be appropriate. Instead of apologizing, she claimed she was “too busy” and that there were “too many guests,” although the lobby was completely empty at the time. She then asked, again in a dismissive way, whether I still wanted the ice. I requested to speak with her supervisor, but she pretended not to understand what I meant. Eventually, she brought me a small amount of ice in a paper cup. Only after I insisted did she return with an ice bucket and tongs. This level of service is far below what one would expect from a four starts hotel of this category. The experience left a very negative impression, and I will certainly not stay here again. Aside from this, the hotel’s facilities are average at best and do not justify the price. The only real advantage is the availability of parking, which also comes with an additional charge of €12 per day.

La migliore proprietà di 5 stelle a Sofia si sta sfondando. La camera era spaziale con un design contemporaneo e minimalista, ma ancora molto funzionale.C’è anche una divisione tra il bagno e il resto della camera, quindi si sentiva come se stesse in una suite junior. Le strutture erano meravigliose, la miglior piscina all'interno che abbia mai avuto. E' stata dotata di tutte le tecnologie dell'acqua che offrono tante opzioni di massaggio. Ci sono anche 2 tipi di saune, una sala di sale, una sala da vapore e anche un tubo di ghiaccio pieno di ghiaccio. Il cibo al ristorante dell'hotel era sorprendente. Il servizio era così buono perché ero molto frustrato e impazzito, perché il codice QR e il sistema di ordinazione TV non funzionavano e ho chiamato il ristorante ripetutamente e nessuno si è preso. Così sono andato a parlare con Daria, che mi ha ascoltato e mi ha portato personalmente al ristorante, così posso ordinare qualcosa dal menu del ristorante che volevo davvero tornare nella stanza che non doveva essere fatto. Diana, di In Room dining, è venuta persino a consegnarmi la cena, che non era il suo lavoro. Per arrivare al ristorante, abbiamo deciso di pranzo al ristorante dell’hotel dopo aver fatto visita e incontrato Vladislav, che ci ha dato un servizio sorprendente da cibo a bevande. Tornerò certamente qui per restare la prossima volta che sarò a Sofia e lo consiglierò a tutti coloro che vengono a Sofia.

Magnifico albergo. Buone colazioni. Il personale è molto gentile! Grazie ragazzi per il benvenuto! Le camere sono pulite, il personale se ne prende molta cura. Le camere sono accoglienti e piacevoli, è bello rilassarsi dopo un viaggio d'affari. La posizione dell'hotel è magnifica: nel cuore stesso della capitale! Questo è il miglior hotel di Sofia. Se a Sofia, solo qui!

The attitude of the receptionist was unprofessional, rude and unacceptable. For one hour, the whole hotel didn’t know how to charge my credit card, as their credit card machine doesn’t follow EU rules for 3D security, thus jeopardising clients’ private data. I wasted a full hour on the phone with my bank, only to find out that the hotel doesn’t follow rules on how to securely handle credit card data. The management kept telling me that it’s my fault, despite the fact I never before have had problems with card payments before. Breakfast food was decent, with a choice between a couple of set menus. The hotel was clean, rooms were quiet, and it was situated and in a convenient location, within 3-4 minutes from the nearest metro station. Some of the photos on their site are dated, as the interior is different now.

L'hotel ha un design retrò e il quarto e il quinto piano sono stati ristrutturati. Si consiglia di controllare il piano assegnato al momento del check-in. I letti singoli sono piccoli, ma comunque comodi. Il bagno ha una buona pressione dell'acqua e i prodotti da bagno Clarins offrono un'esperienza piacevole. C'è la fila per la colazione, ma l'ambiente è elegante e il menù comprende molti dolci locali. La posizione è eccellente: si trova a pochi passi dalla via pedonale dove si trovano tutte le attrazioni e i ristoranti, e la stazione della metropolitana proprio di fronte offre un collegamento diretto con l'aeroporto per € 0,80. Gli unici inconvenienti sono che la palestra è in pessime condizioni a causa della ristrutturazione di un hotel più vecchio e non c'è una piscina. Inoltre, evitate la camera 447: la lavanderia di fronte è rumorosa dalle 8 del mattino in poi.

Hotel Ibis standard pulito. Shuttle aeroportuale disponibile ogni 20 minuti, servizio molto conveniente; 5-8 minuti di auto. Due minori hanno problemi con la stanza; mancava il nodo della porta esterna del bagno e alcune fughe d'acqua sotto il bacino. Letto confortevole, aria condizionata. Alcune tazze di tè e caffè dovrebbero essere messi a disposizione in camera degli ospiti. I prezzi del ristorante sono un po 'alti ~20€ per un buon e decente hamburger. Buffet per colazione, ok. La ricezione, il ristorante e il personale della navetta erano tutti amichevoli e responsabili. In un buon e molto decente nessun hotel aereo frills.

Tutto perfetto. Peccato però che l'hotel faccia pagare un extra per il parcheggio, nonostante sia il garage dell'hotel.
