"We stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Bintan to celebrate our daughter’s 4th birthday and it was such a great experience! We booked the one-bedroom villa with private pool and the room was awesome – very spacious, clean, and comfortable 😌
Our girls really enjoyed all the hotel's facilities. The kids club had fun activities, the swimming pool was perfect for family time, and the villa was just a short walk to the beach which made it super convenient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the start. They go over and above, like to specific mention our experience at their breakfast restaurant Rempah Kitchen where we accidentally ordered a special dish for our daughter who likes fried indo mee, it wasn't part of the breakfast spread but the staff did not decline but make sure the dish was served 👍🏻
We created many happy memories and our daughters didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Bintan. 🙌🏻"

la camera è bella ma se piove il rumore è piuttosto forte. questa camera del resort non ha la tv.

l'enorme laguna è profonda 2,5 m quindi fondamentalmente tutti coloro che entrano in piscina devono indossare il giubbotto di salvataggio. ci sono scivoli, parco giochi gonfiabile. alcune pagaie d'acqua, gommoni ecc.
un bel po' di cose con cui giocare ma solo la piscina è profonda. con i bambini devi usare la potenza degli occhi."

"L'alloggio in villa vale il prezzo speso. Se cercate privacy durante la vostra vacanza, non potete sbagliarvi con questo posto.
I pasti/le opzioni di cibo sono scadenti. La colazione arrivava fredda e insapore quasi tutti i giorni. Non avere un buffet per la colazione non aiuta. Se dovete servire in camera, vi preghiamo di acquistare ripiani caldi, carrelli isolati e coperture in acciaio per evitare che il cibo si raffreddi. Le pellicole trasparenti sono dannose per l'ambiente e rendono il cibo molliccio.
Per quanto riguarda il cibo, anche se fosse stato caldo, avrei comunque dato 2 su 5. Ad esempio, date un'occhiata a questa pizza Margherita che abbiamo ricevuto il primo giorno del nostro arrivo."

Late check out is not mentioned, I saw it in my email and ask them about it. Called me on the day of check out to remind me of check out at 12pm when they should told me I am entitled to late check out till 2pm.
After 12pm, room card not working and WiFi not working anymore. Come on.. I am still at the hotel premises.
Food selection is sufficient although the food at holiday inn is really not fantastic.
Staffs at strawbella and kids club are really welcoming, warm and friendly!
Highly recommended for families for a short getaway."

"We stayed with our family at the Kawaland glamping resort for 3D,2N. We had a very nice experience. The staff were sincere, hard working, friendly and courteous with all our needs. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and explained to us about the Indonesian cuisine. All the food that we tried at the restaurant was good! The glamping rooms were comfortable with spacious bedroom and bathrooms. The beach was only a walking distance from the resort & it was clean and beautiful. They also had swimming pools. We also had a good experience using the BBQ pit with the help of staff. We were also able to try the movie night with the projector at the beach bar. One area that could be improved is: During warm weather, the roof panels and the room interior gets quite hot. The AC alone was not sufficient. So it may need some other solution as well to keep the room comfortable. Otherwise, we had a chill, happy vacation at the resort! Would definitely recommend it to everyone."

"Un bel resort rilassato. La stanza sembra esattamente le foto postate. Ha una piccola cucina. Silenzio nei giorni di settimana. La pressione dell'acqua da doccia è forte e le squadre di servizio sono calde e amichevole. Il pick-up di arrivo e la discesa risparmia un sacco di disturbo. Distante dalla città. Se avete qualche giorno a Bintan, potete prenotare un tour privato di un giorno che vi porterà a diversi punti di vista. Ospiti di Cassia possono utilizzare piscina e spa nel resort Angsana.
Colazione presso Angsana Resort - Lotus, molto buona diffusione. Pranzo a Vista all'interno della propria casa - la tessuto di kway fritto è delizioso e cena a Xana, la carne di barbecue occidentale e la pasticceria vicino alla spiaggia - la pizza e la pasticceria di lampadine è grande (se servito su piastra termica sarà perfetta perché il cibo è andato freddo abbastanza veloce 😅).
Cassia ha anche alcune attività regolate ogni giorno, gli ospiti possono accedere con un amichevole desk front. Anche una piscina di tartaruga non lontana, i bambini saranno felici di vedere le tartarughe nuotare. Grande luogo per soggiornare per qualche giorno."

"1. Buon ambiente e le strutture non sono nuove, ma accettabili.
2. Il problema più grave è il Monopoly, gestito dal proprietario, anche se la scusa è tutt'altro che ragionevole (resort privati).
- Nessun accesso al servizio taxi pubblico, diciamo Grab. Di nuovo, il motivo per cui lo abbiamo detto è che il Nirwana Resort è privato.
- A causa del Monopoly, ci sono pochi ristoranti con opzioni: quello per la colazione (livello 1), quello sopra il buffet (livello 2) e il ristorante Kelong con vista mare.
- Il risultato migliore del Monopoly è il prezzo piuttosto alto per il cibo... Mi aspetto di pranzare al ristorante Kelong e alla fine di tornare dopo aver controllato i prezzi sul menu. In realtà, durante l'ora di pranzo, non c'è nessuno che cena, tranne uno o due ospiti che si godono la splendida vista sul mare... peccato!!!
Il punto positivo va ad alcune attività o intrattenimenti in hotel, come il nuoto nella piscina all'aperto. Sands and Bowling ecc...
La mia proposta per la direzione è di aprire il servizio agli ospiti del loro hotel, in modo che ci siano più opzioni, anche se non tornerò mai più in un hotel a Bintan... Sono già stato a Batam e l'esperienza è migliore...
Spero che questo aiuti gli ospiti in futuro e che ricordi gentilmente alla direzione di trovare il modo di offrire un'esperienza migliore.

"As a first time solo traveler, I would say I did not have anything planned the moment I reached the resort.
But my goal for this trip was mainly a getaway from everyday city life and it did reach my purpose.
There are activities that can be in and around the resort.
First time tried kayaking and archery.
All the staffs were super friendly. From reception, activities, restaurant staff until check out.
I went during an off peak season, so even passing by a staff at the lobby of the Lotus Cafe, I was shocked that I was greeted by the staff with my name."

Fantastico
GGeorg ChristopherThe hotel and its facilities are very nice. Here and there a few spots of improvements needed but otherwise a very attractive hotel with lovely features. A very pleasant stay starts with a dedicated lounge at the ferry terminal which is available upon arrival and departure (taking care of your visa and other requirements). Travel to the actual hotel is within short 20 minutes by hotel shuttle bus. You can chose between colonial style suites at the main building or near by or Thai/ Bali style villas on the large ground and a short walk away from the main building. The Thai villas are very nice, filled with all the necessary amenities and some top of the range products. Plenty of storage space, outdoor veranda seating and well kept exterior make it really nice. At the main section, the pool is with its 50 meter in length a true highlight, together with the very easy and close proximity to the pristine and huge beach section. Although facing north, the beach is actually in a bay and can be explored for hours. Also well worth mentioning is the spa which provides truly amazing treatments administered by very experienced therapists who will truly pamper you from start to finish.
Regrettably, there are also a number of shortcomings. Although the hotel provides insect repellant for your daily use, even the best of preventions and best of cleaning/ spraying efforts of the staff will not stop billions of sand flees attacking you on the beach, especially after rain or during the evening hours when you become their dinner.
However, the biggest drawback is the food and beverage section. For a hotel operating in such a high price category, the restaurant is a true letdown perhaps even the sole reason for not coming back again. Yes staff everywhere is very friendly, attentive and making it their business to know you by your first name from the start, but the entire food and beverage section requires a lot of improvements to even get close to a star rated service. Yes the drinks are well made (guess can be expected at prices of US$20 plus) but the restaurant service truly lacks what it takes. The food, expensive as it is, lacks any sort of imagination, is void of any special touches, and surely does not represent Indonesian cuisine in any shape or form. As said, staff are very friendly and trying their best however, if they are not taught the basics or led by indifferent managers, then things need to change. Management comes from the top.
In summary, if you are looking for a nice place to relax in a colonial style building, not too crowded with a lovely pool, then please try the Sanchaya. However, if you looking for cuisine which is anything but poor, not even ordinary, then you better look elsewhere.

UUtente ospiteIo e il mio amico abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso in questa struttura. L'atmosfera era tranquilla e la nostra camera era pulita e spaziosa. Il servizio è stato fantastico, con personale cordiale e attento! L'hotel si trova a circa 1 ora e 20 minuti dal terminal dei traghetti di Bintan, il che lo rende un po' isolato dalle zone più affollate. Se preferite un'atmosfera vivace, la vita da spiaggia e un lungomare pulito, questo hotel potrebbe non essere la scelta migliore. Tuttavia, se cercate tranquillità e un posto dove rilassarvi e chiacchierare con un buon amico, questo è il posto perfetto!
Un inconveniente che abbiamo riscontrato è stata la presenza di insetti volanti. Durante i pasti, soprattutto la sera, mosche e zanzare ci svolazzavano intorno. Inoltre, c'erano gatti randagi nelle vicinanze, il che potrebbe essere un problema se non amate i gatti.
Detto questo, ci siamo davvero goduti il nostro soggiorno!

RRickyIl più bello hotel che abbia mai visto è stato a più di 20 hotel nel corso della mia vita. Questo posto ti permette di rimettere in piedi il tuo stile di vita occupato.Amo le piscine multiple per i bambini per esplorare e il club dei bambini per divertire i bambini. Le camere sono splendide e pulite. Il personale è anche molto cortese, attento e duro. Tutti camminano in giro con un sorriso. Le biciclette sono accoltellate intorno alla proprietà che ti permette di prendere e andare (il luogo è piuttosto grande, quindi una bicicletta aiuta davvero molto!). L'accesso Wi-Fi è anche fantastico, ovunque andiamo, abbiamo accesso Wi-Fi (meglio del nostro esim!)
Suppongo che l'unico che viene lasciato in basso sia le pillole che sembrano abituare troppo morbide e la scelta alimentare è piuttosto limitata e non il miglior gusto, anche esse sono piuttosto costose. Ma le camere, il personale e le strutture dell'hotel sono sufficienti per distrarci da questa piccola negatività negligente.
Suggerimento: Accedi come membro per ottenere il 20% di tutti i cibi e le bevande!

It was last minute plan to bintan island and we booked at bonvoy natra bintan. A few days before our trip i did text thru WhatsApp Natra customer service about our arrival it was fast response and yeah they do provide service pickup shuttle from the terminal bintan telani ferry to their hotel just provide them our ticket transaction and they do standby someone who gonna pickup during the day itself. Our ferry terminal to their hotel hotel it took about 5-10 mins ish journey once we reach the hotel our plan to just park our luggage while exploring other place. But surprisingly we are able to do a check in by 11.40 ish . The front desk really did her great( i couldn’t remember her name start from (Letter M i guess) she really passionate with her job after she explained to us about the facilities how and where once all done they send the bellboy to guide us to our room since it just so near the front desk so we just walk to the room. The room that we choose are Pool View King Tent With Sofa Bed And Whirlpool the room can fit up to 4 pax can req either king or twin bed along with pull out sofa bed. Oh btw this place has a big lagoon that under 3rd parties which is all the water sports activities are not inc in of our hotel facilities but they do have packages with or just 1 water sports itself and for hotel guess have 20% off which is for me affordable which is we do cable ski and lagoon kayak during sunset it was so nice and not so humid btw here the sunset is around 5-6pm ish . The hotel does provide shuttle to lagoon beach with the timing provide and need to register in advance at the front desk the shuttle is twice a day or you may book grab its available in bintan island. The resort itself got do package like common that we heard only non breakfast and breakfast. But here they do have breakfast + dinner (BBQ) or breakfast + lunch + dinner (BBQ) that could share up to 3pax for small eaters but we decided to just have our dinner at the patio restaurant & bar the food is on the standard. the portions and the food quality make the restaurant is worth to try with peaceful surroundings and amazing waiters are so polite and keep attending to anyone in the restaurant to make sure that we satisfy with the service. so far the that made us so amazed here is a scattering of stars in the sky which is hard to get in my place and feel so appreciated to the universe and so calm sometimes after run from the city bustle. And while seeing the scattering of stars we able to do a breeze walk about 1.99km even the darkness of the moon illuminates the path and every 5-10 mins that a security keep rounding the place which is make us feel so safe to be surrounded. One the next day for breakfast we went out for breakfast that a few varieties from asian, western and got their local which is Indonesian and i would like to compliment one of your services staff at the restaurant if im not wrong his name is (YOGI) from the time we check in until every time when we pass by the restaurant he will keep greeting not only us but those who’s pass by at the restaurant either to the lagoon or back to the room. And during check out in the afternoon we decided to do extend our check out since our return ferry is around 5 ish ++ pm and front desk told us that we able to extend until our ferry depart with price discounted price (1 Million IDR) and for us is so affordable price and they arranged shuttle to the ferry terminal. So far natra has left me a great experience as i can say if you looking to avoid from the city bustle you may choose Bintan rather then Batam ❤️

YYen YingAdorava la posizione, come era lontano da ogni parte. Un bel ristorante con molta privacy. Non c'era molto da fare e era un buon viaggio se avessi bisogno di quel tempo per raffreddare e leggere un libro.
Adorava l'uso generoso dello spazio, ma voleva che fossero etichettati quale fosse lo shampoo e quale fosse il gel di bagno nel bagno.
Sì, ci sono volatili quando c'è cibo, si sono anche notati un piccolo cazzo e un anatre, ma oh, bene, è la vita.Il cibo non era fantastico e quindi è un buon momento per mangiare meno :)

UUtente ospiteWe have found this beautiful place on our 2 days dad/son bicycle tour through Western Bintan. We loved the ample, farm type camp that is in between the hills and savannahs with the reddish coloured earth and evergreen palm trees of Bintan. The reception area is already oozing openness and friendliness, and you check in a very pleasant and welcoming world. The owner has established this is as a sustainable youth training and learning center, at the same time offering splendid and well-integrated guest activities for families, kids, and groups. We stayed in one of the clamping houses adjacent to one of the small and relaxing lakes, and my 5y son loved every inch of it. The A/C motor works in the background, the bathroom is bigger than in any of the Lagoi resorts we have been so far. The food is very deliciously mildly spicy, the coffee machine is Italian, the breakfast offers a choice of two menues which makes it easy not to choose wrong. The best part is the always friendly and supporting staff. Yanu was very supportive when engineering a kite and helped us making it fly (even outside his shift). The creative center is definitely worth a visit. As natural bicyclists, we loved the empty and small paved roads around the Camp, so we even had a wonderful time biking down to the Blue Lagoon (1hour). From the Ferry Station TM it is a 2h bicycle trip with a few stops in the road (try to avoid the heat). The Bintan Ferry takes bikes for transport, so do 6-seater cabbies in Singapore. I can strongly recommend this place for any escape plans from the big city and for all nature fans.

JJuliaIt was a great stay for us. Sea view chalet is nice and comfortable for me and my husband. Unobstructed view for the sea is my favourite. Room service was good and staffs were friendly and always greet us with smiling face. We stayed for 3 nights and we ate our meals at the resort’s restaurants. Breakfast was included in our booking and food served at the breakfast was good but nothing special to mention. We had our lunch and dinner at the Spice and the Kelong seafood restaurant. I will say the food varieties is limited and pricey. I will say it is more expensive than Singapore (one of the most expensive city in asia). For two person we spent about 70$-170$ per meal… appitizer, one main dish and one cheapest drink. When we had seafood dish, it cost more, of course, about $170. Overalls, it was a good experience. Nice stay except the pricey food. Taste of the food are just fine. We stayed 3 nights, so it made us more difficult to choose what to eat when you have not much to choose and it is not exciting and you are at the resort… so you can’t go out and buy more affordable food outside. If the resort can have more Chinese cuisine will be good. So, if you are staying for relaxation then it is good. If you are foodie,,, this place is not for you.

IIrvin Jonah CheungSe non si è incazzato su un hotel ”diretto in città”, questo è un hotel perfetto per voi e la vostra famiglia! L'hotel è a pochi passi dalla piazza Melayu, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong edificio, Jalan Hang Tuah, il ponte costiere di recente costruzione, e Il quartiere è anche molto amichevole e ricco di piccoli cibi locali e negozi di pasticceria che non sono costosi! Anche se si vuole un buon ristorante cinese di alimenti per la pecora, Sei Enam è solo una pietra gettare via!
Le camere sono molto basse e semplici e l'hotel non è dotato di ascensore, quindi se si sta soggiornando sul quarto piano, dovrai andare in piedi! All'interno delle camere sono semplici apparecchi come TV, cavo, telefono, tazze da bere, acqua in bottiglia, scarpe, tazze, cavi, docce d'acqua calda e fredda, tostapane con pasta dentale, shampoo, sapone da bar, aria condizionata, Le piastrelle sono ferme, e anche un bel bollitore per voi per colpire a dormire! Purtroppo non ci sono bollitori d'acqua, né caffè e condimenti di tè nella stanza. Acqua potabile calda e fredda sono al livello 1 area di cena.
Il pacchetto dell'hotel che ho preso è stato con un semplice colazione. I piatti sono locali e spezie e spesso sono spruzzati con arachidi. Il colazione viene in pacchetti involucri (takeaway) con tutte le salse di argento, e/o riso in carta e involucri di plastica. Le cucine e le piastre sono disponibili per l'uso.
Per il prezzo di circa S$26/day, ho pensato che fosse un soggiorno così meraviglioso in questo hotel! Anche se non ci sono molte strutture (perche' preferirei andare a camminare intorno alla città e andare a fare una barca), consiglio molto questo hotel 2 stelle per un semplice e conveniente soggiorno a Tanjung Pinang!

KKok KhyaiStaying at the Cabin Villa at De Bintan Villa has been such a delightful experience! I’m so happy to be back, and this time I had the chance to try their new cabin with its serene sea view. The staff here are incredible and truly made my stay feel warm and welcoming. Plus, the room was spotlessly clean, which made it even better.
The journey started smoothly with Bobby, who picked me up and made the drive comfortable and enjoyable. Agus who sent me back to ferry terminal is awesome too !
At the Cabin Villa, Erni and Deka were always there with bright smiles and friendly service, making sure everything was perfect.
Andy, who drove me between the Cabin Villa and the Cliff Cafe, was also exceptionally warm and friendly, which made the experience even more pleasant.
At the Cliff Cafe, Suhardi and Seltiya provided attentive and helpful service, making me feel right at home.
Overall, it was a wonderfully warm and enjoyable stay with a great room and kind people with beautiful smiles. Thank you so much for everything, and I can’t wait to come back again!
