The room was so comfortable, such a great space to return to after a busy day in museums. The shower worked well and was a great way to wake up. The bath tub deep enough to soak. The room worked well for my daughter and myself. We enjoyed the ”American Breakfast” every morning. The serving staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast carried us through the day, which helped us enjoy our museum visits to the fullest. The concierge team was excellent. They assisted us with restaurant reservations, walking directions, and supplied endless taxis. The only thing that I would change is the drawer space. My daughter and I could have used several more drawers as we wanted to unpack completely. A small chest would have been much more welcomed at the end of our bed, rather than the table under the television. This was my first time staying on the Left Bank. I don't know when I will return to Paris next, but Le Narcisse Blanc will definitely be my choice. (Previously I have stayed at the Park Hyatt, Sofitel Le Faubourg, and Le Meurice.) I loved the understated elegance, the kindness of the staff, and the perfect location.

La settimana scorsa ho prenotato l'hotel e il spa Le Damantin per la nostra visita a Parigi. Ci siamo saluti alla porta e siamo stati seduti nel salone con il concierge che ha superato i dettagli dell'hotel. Spa piscina bar, ecc. Poi abbiamo portato il nostro bagaglio nella nostra stanza, che era pronto per noi quando siamo arrivati, e abbiamo servito un drink mentre aspettavamo e poi siamo andati nella nostra stanza. E' esattamente quello che ci aspettavamo, spazioso e pulito, con una vista chiara sulla torre di ifel dalla finestra. Tutto ciò che mi serviva, dai taxi alle prenotazioni per i ristoranti, il personale copriva tutto e era così gentile. La zona del bar è grande per le bevande e i barbar sono estremamente utili con tutto quello che avete bisogno portare nella vostra stanza. Non sono il migliore con il francese, ma hanno fatto delle prenotazioni per noi in grandi ristoranti anche quando non era disponibile prenotare una tavola online. Forse è a due isolati da grandi negozi, e la maggior parte delle negozi consegnano all'hotel, quindi non devi portare le tue valigie intorno. Non so perché ci siano recensioni negative, e forse hanno corretto gli errori, ma abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno e lo abbiamo già raccomandato ad un amico che visita Parigi presto, e sicuramente ripreseranno l'estate quando torneremo!

What a wonderful hotel. I believe our room was recently renovated - it was so beautiful! The mattress was comfortable and pillows and linens were nice. Though we did not have a top sheet (none of our hotels in France did, as I have noticed in other countries as well, so maybe this depends on the country), I was able to call the front desk and have one delivered to the room within minutes. The hotel is in an upscale, quiet, and seemingly safe area. It is also conveniently located to most of the standard sights. Though it is a quiet area, it is still a city, and some street noise is expected. Nothing that my sound machine couldn't drown out. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff is very friendly and attentive. I loved this hotel experience, and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

La nostra suite era fantastica, l'unica con balcone mozzafiato... La camera molto bella... Il bagno signorile... Colazione non compresa nel prezzo già molto alto... Utilizzata formula express... Peccato per il riordino della camera serale visto lo standard della suite e del costo (solo una sera c'è stato il ”riordino”... le altre si sono accontentati di chiudere le tende e non ”vedere” i letti... Ecco una lista per cui considero questo hotel il top a Parigi: - la posizione, il quartiere più bello ed elegante, il più centrale per raggiungere ogni parte della città (alle spalle di Place Vendôme); - la struttura bella, elegante, storica: è dove i fratelli Lumière hanno organizzato la prima proiezione cinematografica della storia. Il cinema è nato qui, in questo albergo, proprio nella sala dove si fa colazione al mattino. Non siete emozionati? - la colazione: davvero ottima, tra le migliori degli hotel 5 stelle. Qui una menzione di lode a José un cameriere che nonostante l’enorme quantità di ospiti durante le vacanze di Natale, dopo solo il primo giorno aveva memorizzato tutte le nostre preferenze e mi ha portato dei cookies senza nemmeno che li chiedessi. Veramente bravi ed attenti; - tutto il personale. Credo che grazie alla guida del GM Nicolas Pesty tutto lo staff dia il massimo per far sentire gli ospiti come a casa. Non c’è altro hotel a Parigi dove andrei se non qui.

La comodità dell'hotel nel quartiere di Saint-Germaine e la cottura dell'hotel e del suo personale mi hanno reso molto piacevole il viaggio. Un ringraziamento molto speciale a Emily, il manager dell'hotel, per il suo grande sostegno!

L'hotel era facile da trovare e abbiamo avuto un facile check-in. Il personale era molto utile e amichevole. L'ascensore è molto piccolo, ha solo 3 persone e meno con bagagli. L'hotel ha soddisfatto gentilmente la mia richiesta per una stanza con balcone. La camera dispone di aria condizionata. Ha un vestiario, un guardaroba, un scrivania, due tavoli a letto e una TV (che non abbiamo usato). Non molto spazio extra nella stanza, ma sufficiente. La camera da bagno aveva un tubo/duche e un piccolo ”vestimento” anche lì. E' una caldaia e un caffè con forniture, nonché un paio di bottiglie d'acqua. E' stata pulita ogni giorno. Non abbiamo fatto colazione qui, quindi non possiamo commentare. È più ”vecchio senso del mondo” che mi piace in Europa. Se ti piace il moderno, questo non è il posto per te. Ci è una piccola zona di accoglienza con un piccolo bar e un piccolo giardino. La posizione è stata eccellente, Con molti ristoranti e stazione di metropolitana vicino. In generale, ero molto felice con il nostro soggiorno.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights in early April. The location of the hotel in proximity to everything is excellent - lots of restaurants, bakeries and bars within walking distance. We ate at the hotel restaurant the first night we arrived and it was also good. The room we stayed in had an inner courtyard view and was on the 2nd floor above the lobby. The stairs were pretty narrow to get up and down with our bags - but you are in Paris, after all! The room and hotel itself was beautiful - the branding was thoughtfully woven throughout the entire experience (even the door handles). Our room had nice big bathroom with a nice shower and soaps etc. A mini fridge and bathrobes allowed us to enjoy our time spent in the room (which wasn’t a lot). The only real negative is just that the ceilings were quite low so it felt a little claustrophobic at times, and for the cost of the room it would have been nice if breakfast had been included (more amenities). But with all the bakeries nearby, it wasn’t an issue! The price was on par with other hotels for its excellent location. We would definitely return and stay again at the Hotel Thoumieux!

Essere accolti con la frase “siamo in una fase di lancio, sperimentale”, può essere un’arma a doppio taglio. Da una parte invita l’ospite a segnalare eventuali cose che non vanno, d’altra è un modo per mettere le mani avanti. D’altra parte qualcosa da migliorare c’è. Come il sistema per segnalare il “non disturbare”. Noi lo abbiamo dimenticato acceso e al rientro in serata la camera non era ancora rifatta. Al netto di qualche piccola cosa da mettere a punto, questo hotel della catena Meliá offre una colazione ricca e molto variegata, difetta del tutto di una hall e di zone comuni, dispone di camere confortevoli (letti enormi e molto comodi) e un personale ancora da rodare. Considerando quello che costa, si può ancora migliorare. Logisticamente comodo, a 7-8 minuti a piedi dagli Champs Elyses, a 5 minuti dalla tour Eiffel e a un minuto fa una fermata della metro. Probabilmente non ci tornerei a breve, ma solo per dare modo a tutti i meccanismi di essere oleati alla perfezione.
