This hotel does provide free airport pickup and drop off which is very convenient for transit travellers. Front staff was helpful too.

The hotel is good to stay if you need to take the early morning flight. the local market as well as the canton tower is also not far to visit from hotel.

I was given a different room than the one I booked even though I had the right to upgrade. The room I was given was cheaper and smelled bad. After I objected, I was given the room I booked. I was not given the right to upgrade. The receptionist was very rude. It is good that there is a free airport shuttle.

Pros about this hotel: free shuttle service from airport. Cons: Not very clean, dusty carpets and moldy walls. Faulty heater, it was freezing the whole night.

Very convenient and like their pick up service even at midnight 2am. The hotel reception person in charge provide excellent service for all kind of inquiry. Will definately visit the hotel again. Room is clean and comfortable stay

I really liked the place. Everything from received from the airport, the 5 nights I stayed there and taking me back to the airport. Every was smooth and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Location and front desk are excellent. Counter very helpful and considerate. Willing to help . We just need a short stay before departure, so location and transportation to airport are my main concern, This hotel fulfilled my request. The only point I would like to pick up was the building inner are old and may need some touch up. Carpet was with cigarette stain . However, for a short rest and tidy up , this may be a good choice. I find nearby restaurants are very nice too. Easy to find your meal within walking distance. quiet and nice street.
