We are genuinely sorry that your requests for adjacent rooms on a higher floor were not honored despite your advance communication. We fully understand how frustrating it must have been to be placed on the first floor with rooms far apart—particularly with children in tow. The inconsistencies between the rooms, including differences in size, comfort, and amenities such as bathroom heating and unpleasant odors, are unacceptable and certainly not reflective of the standards we aim to uphold. Likewise, the lack of late-night room service, the self-service towel request, and the key card issue at check-in all fall far short of the personalized and attentive service we strive to provide. We are especially disappointed to hear that your Elite status was not acknowledged appropriately. Recognizing and appreciating our loyal Marriott Bonvoy members is something we take seriously, and we deeply regret that we missed this opportunity during your stay. Please know that your feedback has been shared with our department heads for immediate review and corrective action. It’s clear we have several areas to improve, both in terms of guest room consistency and overall service delivery. On a more positive note, we are grateful for your kind recognition of Kumar’s assistance and the concierge team’s helpfulness. We’re also pleased to know you appreciated the late check-out and breakfast offerings, despite the inconsistency in service.
