The location was convenient as it was close to Champs Élysées and to Madeleine metro station. The interiors of the hotel were fantastic and met with high expectations. The room is properly serviced everyday with refilled large mineral water which solves a lot of problems for me. The staff were very helpful. The only thing is that despite the pamphlet in the room saying the hotel is prepared with EU/USA adapters on request yet they didn’t have a proper one to provide when I asked for it at the counter

Love their location and aesthetic of the hotel room. A little bit small but still managed to open up 2 big luggages in our room. Love that they’re using diptique as well.

Well appointed rooms. Very clean and centrally located! Will come back again for sure.

設施：設施嶄新而且很有設計感 不像之前住的酒店設施老舊 衞生：房屋衞生 衞生間 浴室 床單等都很乾凈 環境：環境OK的 地理位置也離春天和其他購物場所近 很方便 服務：服務3.5-3.8吧。第一：辦理入職時前台沒有人，找了半天前台而且酒店樓下的酒吧服務員也沒有眼力勁，看我們找人也不幫忙衹有我們開口問才去找。第二：晚上9點回酒店前台依舊沒有人，又找了一圈無果，可笑的是前台就在酒吧與服務員聊天😅我不去找服務員前台就這麼看着唄。你説它不是24小時前台吧，它倒是真有，但形同虛設。辦理入住時送了welcome drink沒有用所以不點評。

整體還是很不錯的，裝修和傢俱都很好，衹是好幾天都沒怎麼打掃，頂多兩天換一下毛巾，地點很方便，去哪裡都可以，逛街也是一個好的選擇。

非常法式風情的酒店，漂亮優雅精緻，前台禮貌熱情，英語溝通完全沒問題👍，早餐服務也很好，下次來巴黎一定再選擇這家酒店

門面比較小，離地鐵站蠻近的，內部裝修是重新翻新過的，比較法式精緻，但是有些設施確實中看不中用，比如廁所🚽的擺放位置，還有浴室沒有完全遮蔽的遮光簾，洗澡的窗口對着馬路…可能是房型問題吧，酒店衹能下午3點入住，提前可以寄存行李，服務還是蠻好的，性價比比較高

房間乾淨，服務熱情。酒店附近吃了三家中餐，其中醉魚還可以。從酒店後門（電梯旁邊的餐廳門）出去右轉一直走去歌劇院，老佛爺會近一些，走前門會繞點遠。酒店門口有一個公交車站，近處還有一個地鐵站

Mooi hotel op een goede locatie. Onze kamer was schoon en had een heerlijk bed. Ontbijt viel ons tegen.

Очень понравился отель, отличное расположение, комфортные номера с новым ремонтом. Очень чисто и уютно.
