Hotel is quite old and dated, high time to refurbish or renovate entirely. Breakfast is just ok.

We booked of Junior Villa . The room is 622. And we never expected that the villa was too old. No phone in the villa which make everythings difficult to call for room service, reception etc. We have to go to front office for everythings and its too far from the villa. The bathroom was very dirty. And the villa full of dust. No stop contact in the room and only to charge handphone was very difficult because the stop contact was limited in the villa. We are fully not recommended for this junior villa no 622.  And guess what the room of 622 isn't on the MAP... Seems that the villa was not to sell.  But because its peak season (we stayed 27 dec) and all villa was fully occupied. I already complaint for this issue and handle by the spv name Marisa, and hope from the hotel will contact me for their bad service Thank you

Giod staff and good for staycation in this place, you can enjoy hot spring

The check in not really smooth, only one person at front desk, waiting about 10-15 minutes for service, have to pay extra to upgrade the room, since the room does not have bathtub as pictured, but she is nice to let us upgrade. The room is dirty and smells, bathroom has mold, and we can hear noise from the other bedroom. The 2 free drink bottles unsealed and looks like someone already open them. The Restaurant is okay, the food acceptable, although my husband get cool soup and we have to asked the waiter to make it hot. The only best food we like is Pisang goreng. The Pool at NANGKA is not clean, so we decided to get to the private tub, and we have to pay for Rp.60K/each.

Kamarnya cukup bersih tapi tidak rapih, stopkontak terbatas, staff ramah, kolam hangat sekali, ngga sempet ke tempat wisata karena hujan

Untuk kolam mungkin harus ditambah lagi karna penuh banget padahal jam 3 pagi berendam tp masih rame

Kesan pertama : Pelayanan cukup baik fasilitas hotel baik Untuk pemandian airpanasnya saya sangat suka banyak area spot yang menarik dan memuaskan,untuk brekfast juga makanan enak enak dan banyak pilihan menu sangat memuaskan, Catatan saja : kenapa ada biaya tambahan pada anak usia 7 tahun pada saat breakfast itu saja sih,Di beberapa Hotel yang lain saya belum pernah mengalaminya, tapi selebihnya memuaskan lah dan pasti berkunjung kembali Terimakasih

setelah lama tidak kesini, ternyata sdh byk perubahan. menjadi lebih baik dan tertata rapi. udara juga masih dingin kalau malam hari. kolam air panas sdh byk yg berubah, lebih tertata dg baik. saya paling suka dengan kolam nangka, karena berada 1 tempat dengan restoran kimanis dan jarak sangat dekat dengan hotel. kalau yg 1 lagi, agak sedikit jauh, tapi lebih besar kolamnya dan lebih privasi. gak seramai dan gak sepadat yg di resto kimanis ohya, yg bikin surprise, minuman minibar dalam kulkas dikasih gratis. baik benar. jarang ada hotel begitu. nilai atau poin plus nya sangat terasa. walau nilai minuman hanya sekitar 20rb atau 25rb total keseluruhannya tapi ketulusannya membuat konsumen happy. trims sariater 😍😍😍

Semuanya ok, hanya saja kamar no 289 itu kamar mandinya bau. Lainnya ok banget, dan kebetulan saya sering staycation di situ juga.
