Il prezzo è ragionevole ma niente di speciale! La camera assegnata ha vista spazzatura, dal lungofiume Pasay, chiedo la sostituzione ma il personale del front office non è disponibile. Ha detto che non c'è camera disponibile, ma dalle prenotazioni online vedo che ci sono poche camere disponibili. La camera non è insonorizzata, è possibile sentire l'altra stanza e lo sciacquone della toilette dalla stanza superiore. L'aria condizionata è fantastica, il letto è comodo. Kit di cortesia, solo set spazzolino da denti e sapone, nient'altro. Mini frigo disponibile, ma spento. La colazione è sempre lunga, ma non vale il prezzo e per mangiare nella categoria quattro stelle. Il cibo è pessimo rispetto ad altri quattro stelle nei dintorni. Alla carta era buona. Ho mangiato solo 1 volta a colazione, il resto dei giorni abbiamo fatto colazione in altri hotel. La vista lato piscina era bella e rilassante. Ottima vista sul lato Okada. L'addetto alla palestra non è attento. Ho chiamato l'agente, l'operatore e il front office intorno alle 18:30-19, almeno 5 squilli ciascuno, nessuna risposta. Suppongo di richiedere un letto supplementare, ma invece sono sceso e ho aspettato in fila alla reception. Ha un costo aggiuntivo, il che va bene. Grazie per il personale delle pulizie, risposta immediata dopo la mia chiamata tardiva alle 23:00 sul letto supplementare. Tornerò per il prossimo soggiorno? Forse non è l'opzione migliore.

Had a great time with the area. Though i just find the front desk officers not quite friendly and not wearing a smile. Also the guard in the ****** not approacahble. Wearing smirk faces. (Though i understand they were tired) Kindly provide jcuzzi/tub gel. I find it amzing with the electronic bidet but i prefer to wash with the regular bidet. Great design of the room. The hallway leading to room does not smell fantastic, hot. Elevator does not smell good.

Loved the amenities but the agent was not able to coordinate our booking right away. We were stuck waiting at the guard house for about 1 hour.

Booked an overnite stay again for my family but this time i was disappointed that we were given a room with only a queen bed for a family of three. I believed that even you checked-in late nite from a delayed flights, there is a room waiting for you whether you showed up late or not. But to my surprised, we were treated with a cold shoulder from the staff. My wife can’t setttle but pissed me off for non stop complaining at the front desk. Tired and want to rest from week island hopping, all i want is to have hot shower and sleep. No worries, i still like to come back to your hotel inspite of that experience. Hoping for the best service next time.

However, there was a slight delay with my room being ready (about 30 minutes past check-in time), but the staff apologized and offered complimentary drinks while I waited, which was appreciated. Check-out was equally easy and fast. Room: 4.5/5 The room itself was modern, clean, and well-appointed. I had a king-sized bed with plush bedding, which made for a very comfortable sleep. On the third morning, we tried the breakfast buffet at the Hyatt Regency, and it was much better. The selection was more extensive, with salads, fresh fruit, an egg station, Filipino dishes, and cereals. However, accessing the buffet involves walking through the ******, which can be unpleasant due to the smell of cigarette smoke. Alternatively, you can request a shuttle from the hotel, which drops you at the back entrance to avoid the ******. Location: The hotel’s location is convenient, connecting to the ****** and some nearby eateries. However, I didn’t enjoy having to pass through the ****** often, as it could be crowded and smoky. On the plus side, Ayala Mall is just a 5-8 minute walk away, offering good shopping and dining options

A seconda della camera, la differenza è molto grande.Il lato della strada è molto ricco.Alcune camere hanno acqua calda e altre non hanno, ma il personale dell'hotel si prenderà cura di te.
