MMrsMallowsPros: L'hotel è vicino all'aeroporto e ha molti negozi e ristoranti all'interno. Cons: 1. Durante il check-in: il destinatario ha rifiutato i nostri passaporti e ha chiesto ID nazionali, quindi abbiamo bisogno di insistere sui passaporti perché non abbiamo ID nazionali (viviamo al di fuori del paese). 2. Durante il soggiorno: il tempo di attesa per la richiesta di custodia ha richiesto 2 ore. Il personale dell'hotel non informa in anticipo che il bar privato chiude automaticamente quando il deposito è già consumato. Il peggiore è che non hanno ottenuto il deposito completo al check-in. Possiamo evitare di bere acqua fredda quando arrivano a mezzanotte se solo informano in anticipo o chiedono più soldi per il deposito. 3. Checkout: il trasferimento aeroportuale non è ben coordinato con la concierge. Inoltre, invece di controllare la stanza prima di completare la stanza, vi inviano un'e-mail il giorno dopo per farvi sapere che avete lasciato le cose nella stanza, quindi inviate un'e-mail se c'è qualcosa di prezioso che vi ricordate.

JJustlmAbbiamo prenotato due volte e abbiamo avuto qualche problema al check-in perché il loro sistema mostrava che solo una camera era prenotata con il numero di conferma. Abbiamo chiesto di soggiornare nella prima camera per il periodo di tempo e ci hanno concesso volentieri. Successivamente ci hanno chiamato e ci hanno detto che avevano già verificato che c'erano effettivamente due camere prenotate con lo stesso numero di conferma. Il personale è gentile e la camera è pulita. Nel complesso, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante, la camera include snack e bevande gratuiti, anche se non è possibile portare cibo o bevande dall'esterno all'interno dell'hotel.

PPaul Arwean ReyesMy recent stay at Savea Hotel was truly memorable. The hotel enjoys an ideal location, conveniently situated near the mall and several prominent hotels. The iconic swimming pool is stunning, especially when viewed from above, and the overall ambiance of the property is impressive. The food was also excellent and exceeded our expectations. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the team for making my birthday celebration extra special. Special thanks to Richie for the beautiful room decorations, Ron from Housekeeping for ensuring our room remained spotless throughout our stay, Pauline for thoughtfully checking on our experience, and the female chef who personally delivered our lunch on our first day (I regret not getting her name, but I hope she receives the recognition she deserves). The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, thanks to Riann and the reception team. They even went the extra mile by assisting me in booking a Grab to Terminal 3, which was greatly appreciated. I fully understand that the hotel is currently in its soft opening phase, and naturally there are areas that can still be enhanced. While the breakfast selection was somewhat limited, it was honestly one of the best breakfasts we have experienced, with every dish being flavorful and well-prepared. For further improvement, management may wish to focus on pest control, particularly regarding flies. One area for improvement would be the in-room dining order management system. Due to a system error, my order was not reflected properly, resulting in a wait of almost two hours. As I had not received any update, I personally went down to the reception desk to follow up on the status of my order. Unfortunately, due to my flight schedule and limited time before departure, I had no choice but to cancel the order. While I understand that challenges can arise during a soft opening period, improving order tracking and communication would greatly enhance the guest experience. Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to the management team for generously extending a complimentary late check-out after understanding my flight schedule. This thoughtful gesture made our departure much more comfortable. Thank you to the entire Savea Hotel team for your warm hospitality. I look forward to seeing the hotel continue to grow and improve, and I would gladly return in the future.

AAnna CarreonThank you for the wonderful stay at Sapphire Seaview Park. Our experience was pleasant and relaxing, with several standout features that made it memorable. Room and Amenities Rooms were spacious, spotless, and equipped with modern furnishings like private balconies and kitchenettes overlooking Manila Bay. Amenities such as the gym, pool, and convenience store added convenience without needing to leave the property. Daily housekeeping ensured everything stayed comfortable and fresh. Staff Service Staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling, providing assistance like calling cars or handling check-in smoothly. Their friendly approach contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere. Location and Security The location near Okada, Solaire, MOA, and NAIA offered easy access to attractions in a secure, high-end residential area with strong security measures. Views of the bay and city from higher floors were stunning, especially at night. Areas for Improvement Some furniture felt slightly flimsy, and walking access to nearby spots like Okada was restricted despite proximity claims. Overall, these were minor compared to the excellent value and comfort provided.

JjuliepremHere's a review based on your experience: --- We stayed at this Airbnb for 8 nights and had a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just across from Okada Hotel, which is a major plus. However, our check-in was quite disappointing. We arrived around 5 PM, two hours after the official check-in time of 3 PM, only to find the unit was not clean. It was very dusty, and there were no cleaning tools provided. The staff arrived around 5:30 PM to bring us towels and one bed cover, we requested utensils, We ended up purchasing our own cleaning supplies to tidy up the place before we could settle in. This was frustrating, especially after traveling from another country, as we had hoped to relax upon arrival. While the unit itself has potential, the lack of cleanliness and preparation before our check-in was a significant issue. We had to clean the unit ourselves before we could even think about resting. Overall, I would recommend this place for its location, but improvements in cleanliness and guest readiness are necessary.

UUtente ospiteFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
