Front desk team coral, zhao jing, penny and Elaine and the team displayed exemplary service. The hotel staff is generally very helpful and friendly. They have alot of facilities and the indoor playground is very clean and well maintained. They listen well to our queries and try their best to help when needed. Will definitely recommend this place. The shopping mall is also a 10 minutes walk and it is huge. Allowed early check in and late check out if available

The hotel staff were very warm and friendly, always smiling and approachable. I'd like to commend Joy at the check-in counter for her patience and thoroughness. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was abundant. We even renew ed our booking and recommended the hotel to our friends.

Pro: La camera era nuova, ma i tatami erano difficili da pulire. Ogni ospite era tenuto a indossare ciabatte sui tatami e ciabatte di plastica nella zona della vasca da bagno. Abbiamo seguito scrupolosamente questa regola e indossato solo calzini sui tatami. Avendo la pelle sensibile, non ho avuto alcun problema, il che è un punto a favore. Contro: Le promozioni online erano esagerate. 1. Il WC aveva un sensore di scarico automatico, non un WC intelligente con funzione Washlet. 2. C'era anche una promozione che diceva che il settimo piano aveva una vista notturna... Sono andato a controllare... che vista notturna c'era? L'impianto elettrico della camera aveva problemi. Ho spento l'interruttore principale due volte e non si è riattivato, il che ha richiesto ripetuti tentativi. Il personale di servizio era scarsamente preparato, la reception era scomodamente disordinata e il computer era lento (colpa del sistema). Ho aggiunto il personale di servizio su WeChat in anticipo, ma non sono riuscito a trovarlo al mio arrivo e nessuno ha risposto. Ho dovuto chiamare per chiedere indicazioni e mi hanno semplicemente detto che potevano aggiungermi su WeChat. Dopo che me ne sono andato, il loro WeChat era molto attivo, chiedendomi cosa ne pensassero dell'hotel. Inoltre, perché nessuno ha detto che c'è un importante progetto di costruzione municipale in Shilu Road, che rende impossibile raggiungere l'hotel in auto e mi costringe a trascinare i bagagli su per le scale e camminare altri due minuti per arrivarci? Bisogna camminare a lungo per trovare un'auto, il che non è molto comodo per chi prende un taxi. Il giorno dopo, c'è stata un'interruzione idrica su larga scala e molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze erano chiusi.

The service is impeccable, the buffet breakfast and dinner is above average. The only issue was the broken climate control. The rooms were stuffy and needed to request for the windows to be opened. As of this writing, stayed at the hotel in March. The rooms were relatively clean, but in need of a proper deep clean and polishing. The location is great and right across from the wanda mall. Lots of food choices. Highly recommended though if that climate control is not fixed soon, summer would be terrible in the rooms.

Abbiamo scelto di soggiornare allo Shangri-La Hotel durante il nostro viaggio di quattro giorni e tre notti a Nanchino. L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione ed è molto comodo per gli spostamenti. L'hotel effettua il check-in dopo le 2:00. Se arrivate in hotel presto, recatevi all'Executive Lounge al 40° piano per riposarvi. Viene servito il tè pomeridiano. È molto piacevole crogiolarsi al sole, bere un caffè e ammirare il lago Xuanwu. Ctrip VIP ha fatto un upgrade della tipologia di camera. La camera dell'hotel è dotata di un telescopio, il letto grande 2 metri è super comodo e il bagno super grande ha una toletta. È fantastico. L'Executive Lounge al 40° piano offre pasti leggeri e allegri. Puoi andare all'Executive Lounge per bere un drink senza lasciare l'hotel e goderti la splendida vista notturna del lago Xuanwu. Effettua il check-in all'eliporto al 46° piano. Per prima cosa, recati alla reception dell'hotel per confermare l'accordo e l'accordo di rinuncia. Un membro dello staff guiderà l'ascensore fino al 42° piano, quindi scenderà per quattro piani fino all'eliporto al 46° piano. Lo scenario in cima all'edificio è super bello. I piatti del Jiangnan Zao, il ristorante cinese dello Shangri-La Hotel, sono super deliziosi. Merita di essere selezionato come ristorante Black Pearl. Lo consiglio vivamente. Shangri-La ha anche regalato dei souvenir quando ha lasciato l'hotel, una scatola con tre torte floreali, mi piace 💕

This is the first time I've had an absolutely 10/10 experience with any hotel. This particular hotel also outranks every other Marriott I've ever stayed at. I genuinely could not think of a single negative point. I was only in Nanjing for 2 nights, in town for a meeting, and I'm so glad I chose to stay here. Firstly, the room is exactly as advertised. Marriott hotels always have the fluffiest pillows, but this particular hotel had the most HEAVENLY pillows. The bed was so comfy that I ended up postponing my day plans just so I could sleep in! I didn't realise how desperately I needed that rest and recuperation, and am glad I chose to stay here and get what I needed. Also, this hotel does not skimp on the water - most hotels will only give you 2 tiny bottles a day, which if it's blazing hot outside, can be frustrating, especially if you want to boil water for tea/coffee in the morning. This hotel provides 4-5 complimentary bottles of water per day. In many ways, I felt like they anticipated what I'd need and would provide it before I even had the chance to ask. There is also an ironing board stowed in the room, which for me was a lifesaver as I had an important meeting. As other reviewers have mentioned, the location is indeed fantastic. I was so relieved to find that after a long train journey, I only needed to hop on the subway for 1 stop - I didn't even need to exit the building, as the hotel is located inside the mall connected to the subway station. The breakfast spread is not too bad either, with the highlight for me being the espresso machines. When I tell you this machine delivers the most divine coffee in 10 seconds, I am not kidding. It was one of my favourite things and a great way to kickstart a busy day. At check-in, the reception staff ensured they gave me all the info I needed. I noticed this is often skipped at other hotels as staff are shy or reluctant to speak in English, which results in foreign guests missing out on relevant info or complimentary perks - but the Marriott team refused to let language be an obstacle. I was glad to learn free snacks and coffee were available in the executive lounge each evening. While I was there, the executive lounge manager - I think her name is Sheila, apologies if I've gotten this wrong - took the time to introduce herself and ask if I needed anything. She was so polite and genuinely seemed to want to improve the experience for guests. To me, these small touches are what set a service-oriented luxury hotel apart from others. On my first night, I'd arrived pretty exhausted after having sat on a delayed train for hours, and I wanted to order takeaway as I didn't have the energy to go out. They have Meituan lockers positioned right at the hotel entrance, which you can unlock with your phone and collect your deliveries. Being a foreigner who doesn't understand Chinese very well, I wasn't sure how to navigate this, but the reception staff went out of their way to help me, ensuring they stayed with me until I'd collected my parcel - it was not at all necessary for them to help me so much, but they did, and I'm very grateful for that :) I spent the entire month traveling in China and so, looking back, am able to compare all of the hotels and experiences from this trip. This particular hotel ranks 10/10 for me not only because of the location, but also because of the kindness and professionalism of staff. Things can sometimes be confusing or overwhelming for foreigners, and this was the only hotel where staff didn't hesitate to rush in and offer to help, no matter how small the issue. Even the gentleman at the coffee bar in the lobby was so kind and polite - and might I add, everyone at this hotel speaks English, so they really do cater to an international crowd. Housekeeping staff too were very sweet, always greeting you and asking if you needed extra bottles of water. Thank you for a relaxing, delightful stay! I hope to come again and stay longer next time.

Molto soddisfatto. È proprio all'incrocio di Pingjiang Road. È molto comodo viaggiare. La stanza è molto pulita e confortevole con servizi completi. Ho dato piccoli regali al momento del check-in e del check-out. Anche il servizio alla reception è stato molto cordiale e premuroso.

Servizi: tutta la casa è controllata in modo intelligente e non hai nemmeno bisogno della tessera della camera, questo ti libera le mani ed evita rischi per la sicurezza causati dalla perdita della tessera della camera. La biancheria da letto è molto comoda, il materasso è morbido ma solidale, ho dormito bene! Il servizio da tè in camera è molto carino e tocca il mio gusto estetico. Igiene: Non male, la morbidezza degli asciugamani e di tutto il resto va bene. Ambiente: L'intero hotel ha un ottimo ambiente, pulito e luminoso, soprattutto l'atrio al primo piano. Il paesaggio verdeggiante è realizzato con molta attenzione e le foto sono molto fotogeniche. Servizio: Inutile dire che il servizio è eccezionale! Il maggiordomo a tempo pieno ha aggiunto WeChat, è entusiasta e ha il senso dei confini, il che è fantastico!

Superb location. It is actually IN the terminal. Walking to terminal 1 or 2 will take you 3 minutes at most, so it is very convenient for early flight passengers. You may also have a view of airplanes. Service is good too. Recommend for stay.

La posizione dell'Intercontinental è centrale a Nanchino. È vicino al lago e invita a fare passeggiate nelle vicinanze. L'architettura dell'hotel è davvero bella e siamo stati trasferiti a un piano più alto. La vista sulla città è fantastica. I mobili delle camere sono un po' logori e non corrispondono pienamente all'alta qualità dei pavimenti e delle sale dell'edificio. Alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione potrebbero essere necessari in futuro. La piscina interna è ok ma niente di speciale ed era un po' fredda (ma era anche fredda fuori). La colazione era buona e il personale era molto cordiale. Alcune zone delle camere avrebbero potuto essere un po' più pulite. Sulla base del prezzo elevato per la camera, l'hotel andava bene ma nessuna grande sorpresa. Consigliamo comunque l'hotel per una notte per godersi la splendida vista. Per soggiorni più lunghi altri hotel offrono di più a prezzi più bassi.
