La mattina dopo ho trascorso solo una notte per prendere il mio volo, a circa 15 minuti dall'aeroporto, ma è stata una buona esperienza.La camera era bella, pulita e spaziosa, con vista sul giardino. La piscina, il grande tavolo di controllo e l'intero ambiente sono stati molto bellissimi, e ci sono anche dipinti e altre attività sui siti che credo siano a un costo aggiuntivo. Non mi sono mai reso felice di godermi nessuno di questi servizi, ma sarei certamente rimasto lì, se mai in Panama.

It had already been a long day of travel, but I was excited to get to my room to drop off my bags and go explore Panama a little. We were only there for less than 24 hours so time was super valuable. Upon entering the hotel, it seemed a little dated, dirty, and worn. The location was extremely convenient since it was so close to the airport ($8-9 Uber black ride, $4-5 Uber X) and we would be there just to rest our head before our 9am flight. After waiting for 25 minutes for the two people in front of me to be checked in (only one desk person), I handed my passport and credit card over and I was promptly informed that I did not have a reservation. Instantly I looked on my Bonvoy app to confirm I did in fact have a reservation, but that was not enough for him. Even though I gave him the confirmation number and showed him the reservation for a two bed room. I had to go through my emails to find the confirmation email with room rate. I even checked in via the app to try to expedite the process and showed him I was now checked-in. Finally after about 30 minutes he gave me a room, while a nice line of 5 or 6 pilots and flight attendants waiting to check-in mounded behind me. I apologized to them while departing to my room, the desk guy did appear to care they were waiting. I was traveling with my elderly mother, so I just wanted to get her to the room so she could relax for a minute. After opening the door, guess what I was in a single king bed room, definitely not what I booked. I left my mom at the door so we did not have to lug our bags downstairs again. The line was not down to 4 people. Luckily they saw me and the pilots felt bad and let me jump in line. Not once did the deskman apologize for anything. He even had an attitude about it. The beds were acceptable, but not as comfortable as other Courtyards I have stayed. The room looked well worn. The hallway did not even look like it was vacuumed, food particles were on the ground! The next morning breakfast was great for a Courtyard, the only bright star for this dump. The server was extremely attentive and pleasant. The food was pretty good. Maybe the bar was set so low with the other experiences here. I should have went with my instincts and kept my original reservations that were deeper in the city. When I come back to Panama, this will definitely not be my hotel.

I fully enjoyed my stay at the Novotel Panama. There isn't really a lot to do at the hotel, but that was perfectly fine with me. The staff was kind courteous and helpful. The wifi was good. Clean room, and the location of the hotel made me feel like I lived there. Great place to immerse yourself in the city and get a good feel of the town. I definitely would recommend this hotel for a crash pad where you can mind your business and get a good night's sleep while visiting the beautiful country of Panama

L'hotel ha una grande posizione. Molto vibrazioni molto fredde e il personale era amichevole. Puoi andare a pochi ristoranti e un negozio di prodotti alimentari. Mi è piaciuto il colazione che è stato incluso (molte varietà!) Camere accoglienti.

Stanze grandi, letto e cuscini meravigliosi. Dormo benissimo. Bagno grande e comodo. Piscina e palestra aperte dalle 6.30 am fino alle 10 di sera.Ottima colazione e servizio eccellente, puliscono subito tavoli lasciati liberi. Due grandi ascensori sincronizzati in maniera da non dover aspettare troppo anche quando l'albergo è pieno. Personale molto gentile, disponibile e professionale, dalla recepcion al ristorante. Eileen, Natalie, Rafael, Carlos e Eduardo, Rosa, Yaitsury, Alexis, Yoneirys e Yorleny. Bravi anche i ragazzi del parcheggio. Consiglierei di variare il menù del ristorante e magari della colazione per meglio soddisfare persone come me che vanno spesso per lavoro.

Io e mio marito andai a fare il nostro luna di miele, e, con cortesia, ci mandarono una bottiglia di champagne nella stanza, decorarono il nostro letto e ci diedero una suite complimentare. La attenzione del personale è incredibile, tutti ti fanno sentire a casa, ci hanno presentato anche al direttore generale, un uomo molto amichevole e attento. Le camere sono grandi, belle e confortevoli, hanno una bella vista. Sarei sicuramente tornato, non sono mai stato trattato così bene in un hotel 🥹

Molto buon hotel, la posizione è molto conveniente, ma le strutture hanno alcuni vecchi. Spero che possano essere mantenute bene. La colazione è più ricca e il negozio mangiato vicino è più

Service: The customer service was very good! All the individuals were very warm and courteous, especially the staff at the kitchen in the mornings. Breakfast : The breakfast was very good. There were many items to choose from. They also tried to switch up the different food items/options daily. Location: The hotel is a little distant from the Tocumen airport, maybe about 20-30 minutes drive. The hotel is right beside a KFC. There are a few restaurants and a bar nearby as well. Taxis are easy to get at the hotel. Depending on your destination, fare is from 5USD up. Casco Viejo is about 15 minutes away. Amenities: I didn’t really love the amenities. They were no toothbrush/toothpaste provided and other common things that I expected as it relates to amenities. Birthday: It was my spouse’s birthday and we went out and came back and saw that the hotel left a delicious slice of cake, fruits and a letter on our table for my spouse. THANK YOU!!!!😊😊😊😊😊 The hotel was clean. The lobby area is great for photos. The check in process was smooth. The pool has a bar and restaurant with reasonable prices! We enjoyed our stay 😊😊😊
