Palm Springs: hotel a 2 stelle

Il posto è molto ragionevole. La piscina è stata perfetta! Il più caldo che abbiamo fatto durante la nostra visita a più piscine durante il fine settimana. Quando il posto viene parcheggiato può essere un problema, ma faranno del loro meglio per ospitarvi. Infine, la parte più frustrante del soggiorno era la porta chiave della carta per la nostra stanza che doveva stare in e fuori più volte per farla riconoscere la carta che è davvero frustrante tardi alla notte quando si deve davvero usare la camera da letto e non può Entrate immediatamente nella stanza. Le porte alle camere dovrebbero essere così facili da entrare come la porta all’hotel stesso. Ha avuto tutto quello che avevamo bisogno di microonde, frigo, caffè, ferro. La stanza è buona per i viaggiatori familiari e le strutture della piscina sono buone. La posizione è anche vicino al centro di Palm Springs, quindi è conveniente in molti modi.

Questo posto ha problemi, come abbiamo fatto quando siamo rimasti. Ho prenotato due camere per due in un viaggio d'affari. Il mio partner non ha acqua calda per la doccia, due giorni è stata li'. Secondo il primo giorno, non è stato riparato. Sono arrivato presto, non è pronto, che era buono. Chiesto di accedere alla piscina per aspettare, ho una carta chiave, buono.Nessuna tovagliola in piscina, chiesto a due dipendenti lì potevo avere uno, dissero che erano nella stanza ...... gli disse che la mia stanza non era pronta. Non mi hanno offerto di ottenere una tovagliola .... stanza era ben indossata, certamente non aggiornata. Andò al desk front per ottenere un cambio per la macchina pop, mi ha dato un cambio, andò in camera che ha detto ghiaccio e vendere. NO vendita macchine .......Breakfast ok, ma sedile molto limitato e se il tempo è cattivo, come abbiamo avuto, sedile estremamente limitato

First off, I must mention that pictures of this place on many booking engines, etc are out of date as it seems all rooms have been renovated. Our One Bedroom unit was immaculate, definitely renovated in the recent past and everything was neat and clean; matching the unit pictures on their own website. We had a nice patio with table/chairs, lounge chairs, grill, and a gorgeous view of the mountains. The resort grounds are also beautiful and well maintained. The property itself is nice, quiet, and laid back. We barely saw a few others during our stay and had the pools and hot tubs to ourselves any time we ventured over to them. The location was perfect for us with plenty within close range and right off of Palm Canyon drive for easy access anywhere. The office staff were all very friendly and they were extremely helpful during check-in. Overall we'd highly recommend this place and would definitely choose to stay here again in the future if we return to Palm Springs.
