Anche se le strutture sono vecchie, il rapporto qualità prezzo è buono.

I giardini sono così grandi che potresti perderti. Grazie alle indicazioni del personale ho potuto raggiungere facilmente la mia camera anche di notte!

Non si addice a una spa termale, quindi non ci sono sorgenti termali, niente wifi, niente TV, nessun servizio, nessuna pulizia, il personale del banco informazioni è scortese e l'hotel non presta attenzione a nulla... Tranquillo nel mattina e il suono degli uccelli. Era un bell'ambiente naturale, ma le strutture, la manutenzione e i servizi erano tutti incasinati. Sono solo curioso di sapere perché rovinano un buon ambiente con queste strutture e servizi di manutenzione.

Non venite, l'acqua nel tubo dell'acqua è verde, pessimo servizio!

Questo hotel ha bisogno di molto lavoro per "aggiornare" e pulire Zona boscosa molto bella sulle rive del fiume

Renovated at 2023 is the biggest scam. Guys stay far from this “resort”. We check in and the walls has holes and from there coming mosquitos. We mention this at reception and they change us room. In new room was marks from “*****” up of the bed the plugs was broken and the bathroom was full of mold. You can see all these at photos. We booked 2 nights and we left early in the morning on second day because in room also was 14 degrees and aircondition has only cold mode and not heat. Stay far if you want to enjoy your holidays in pai

99% perfect: The hotel is well located next to the river and we were lucky to have a bungalow direct on the river. The breakfast is great and have more than everything, also have some change from day to day, so can try something new daily and it's located on the riverside which is perfect in the morning. The manager Mike has a high hospitality knowleadge and share good vibes at all occasions. We would have loved to stay longer but is was sad that the hotel doesn't make any offer for longer stay. We will come back. 1% negatif: The other rooms were noisy even from outside. All the bathtubs from all the bungalows on the riverside are out of service which is really shame. The hot spring water swimmingpool is open to outsider until 7pm so it busy and noisy all day, however after that it is quiet (except twice while a couple with their very little kid stay until 11pm playing in the water). Our room was a bit cold at night (beginning of january) and all kind of insects came in the room.

I appreciated the care given from the staff, and the manager. I am a vegetarian and each morning he made sure I was accommodated with some warm vegetarian food. I moved from the standard room to the cottage because there is no sound proofing, something that would serious upgrade the standard rooms. I loved the peace and quiet, the hotsprings and watching the elephant bath in the river each morning.

One needs to have his own transport to stay here in order to roam around Pai. But, if your focus is to relax and enjoy the serenity, this is the place.
