Purtroppo la Pandemia ha colpito tutti e questo hotel ha dovuto fare il meglio per sopravvivere a questi tempi difficili. Le strutture del Spa sono state ridotte per risparmiare costi, ma quando ci siamo avvicinati al suo utilizzo il posto è stato riscaldato e i trattamenti sono stati migliorati per garantire che siamo più che soddisfatti. Il lusso è costoso e ci è davvero piaciuto il pampering!!! Posso solo dire che questo hotel e il trattamento dei loro ospiti sono tutto ciò che si aspetta per il prezzo che si deve pagare. Se avessimo un denaro illimitato, restiamo qui solo quando visitamo il Kashmir, che spesso visitavo la famiglia. Anche quando visitamo la famiglia qui, spesso visitamo l'hotel, solo per godere i giardini e ammirare l'edificio e l'atmosfera.
