The front office staff during the checked in ruined the whole experience. Booked a city view but instead was given this view. Needed to pay $$$ to move to city view but fortunately Trip covers it. Will bever stay at this hotel again.

The room is huge and equipped with everything you need, kitchenette, washing machine and huge fridge.

Staff friendly n helpful. Comfortable room. Breakfast varieties good.

Need to improve the internet connection

The first time i ever felt so cozy of a stay and the hotel makes me not wanting to go back to my homeland.Love the bathroom with cozy on light.Small apartment but literally felt like home.You can order room service up to your room.Below the hotel we found a delicious cafe that's sells indonesia food.Roemah Koffie.Connected mall but not many shops open yet.Not crowded with people.5 minutes drive to ICE.There's many good things to share.Oh yes! There's gym, swimming pool and sauna area.I use all the facililties.Only thing i hope there's a spa.But it's fine.Didnt take photo but took video of the hotel

Pertama kali mencoba menginap di Herloom BSD dengan konsep Apartel, fasilitas kamar lengkap, dengan kitchen set, mesin cuci. kami mengambil type kamar Two Bedroom Executive, namun dikarenakan saat itu hanya tersedia smoking room dan kami menginap dengan anak2, petugas receptionis yg bertugas saat itu berbaik hati memberikan upgrade kamar menjadi suite two bedroom. Kamar bersih, amenities lengkap, over all semua OK. Kolam renang luas kedalaman aman untuk anak2. Pengalaman yg menyenangkan.

Saya tinggal di kamar nomor 1012, lantainya sdkit berdebu dan sink tempat cuci piring airnya mampet dan berbau. Ac di kmr twin bed tdk dingin hanya angin saja. Amenities smua lengkap. Request extra bed lama skali dtgnya. Parkir harus di lantai paling atas supaya bisa free. Lokasi dekat banyak tempat kuliner. Minta complimentary birthday tidak dikasih. Sarapan sedkit variannya dan kurg fresh makanannya, tp pelayanannya bagus.

來雅加達出差第一次預訂，酒店房間很大，有自助洗衣烘乾機，對出差黨來説是個福音，酒店健身房設施齊全，住的很舒服.

새롭게 생긴 레지던스라서 깨끗하고 위치도 좋습니다. 자카르타 외곽에 위치하고 있어 접근성도 좋고 근처 식당.쇼핑몰.골프장 등이 있어 편리한 생활권이고 직원들도 친절하고 적극적인 써비스가 인상적입니다. 조식도 간편하면서도 깔끔하고 세탁기.냉장고.간단한 취식도구등이 있어 호텔보다는 훨씬 편리합니다. 장기투숙에 적합한 아주 좋은 숙소입니다
