Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel solo per una notte, eravamo di passaggio di ritorno dalla Spagna verso l'Italia. La struttura è molto bella, con camere ampie e pulite, letto molto comodo e bagno grande con una bella doccia comoda. La colazione era abbondante e varia e il personale è stato molto gentile. La zona è un po' distante dalla cittadina di Aix en Provance e con poca disponibilità di ristoranti.

La struttura ha un grandissimo potenziale ma non viene sfruttata al massimo. E' situata in una posizione strategica e tranquilla. La camera era sprovvista di sapone, i contenitori sia del lavandino che della doccia erano vuoti. La colazione non è un granchè, migliorabile anche quella.

Il personale della reception era gentile, la camera era bella, pulita, ottima vista. L'eco-compatibilità è stata fantastica, la biopiscina realizzata al 100% in legno è stata assolutamente incredibile.

It is a nice hotel and rooms are comfortable. Nevertheless the service was below my expectations. Also the hotel doesn't have restaurant at night and since it is far away from the city, without car you cannot do anything.

The location in a forested undeveloped area is great. Good location if you want to walk in the "forest" or is a visitor at CEREGE, which is a 15 min walk away through the "forest". Rooms are very standard, but everything worked and the bathroom was nice and spacious. Staff was kind. Breakfast was good and the shared facilities are attractive. However, I am not satisfied with the booking experience: There are way too many options available and the difference between them is not clear. I booked a nonreimbursable B&B rate which was a bit cheaper on the booking page, but ended up being charged the full list price with breakfast billed separately. So "B&B" does not mean bed and breakfast here. I pointed this out afterwards by e-mail, and have had no reply from the hotel at this time (2-3 days later).

! didn't like that i had a hard time with one of the receptionist because she was trying to give us a room with two single beds instead of the Tow queen beds I booked the room with. she kept telling me that it was Expedia's fault for booking a room they didn't have, even after I showed them the itinerary. there was a gentleman there that decided to help us and ended up getting us a room close to what i had booked but it wasn't what was advertised. thats why i canceled the booking for the second of Jan because i would have gotten the room with the two single beds instead of the the queen beds and if i wanted to to get the queen beds i booked for i would have had to pay more on top of what i paid for the booking. so now that i cancelded i lost the money because the cancelation was not refundable.

Catastrophique ! L'hôtel est très mal insonorisé. Un évènement d'entreprise a eu lieu ce soir là (lundi soir) sans avoir privatisé l'ensemble de l'hôtel. Résultat : énorme bringue jusqu'à 1h30 du matin .... la configuration du site fait que cette soirée s'est déroulée au centre du site et les chambres donnent toutes dessus en arc de cercle dans d'autres bâtiments. Ces chambres ne sont pas du tout insonorisées (bruit des voitures du personnel certainement qui passent au pied des bâtiments...) .... pour le reste : literie, chambre et petit déjeuner corrects. à fuir donc si vous cherchez le calme

Très bon hôtel au concept atypique. Le calme et les services de ce lieu vous feront passer un superbe séjour. Salle de sport équipée, nombreux loisirs disponibles (pétanque, basket, volley…) la chambre est joliment décorée et le lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux ! Je recommande fortement

Cet hôtel est génial. L’environnement est calme, en harmonie avec la nature, le personnel est super, les chambres très jolies et la literie au top. Le petit dej est très bon, un panneau dit dans l'hôtel et si on s’inspirait de quelque chose qui n’à jamais été fait auparavant. Ils l’on fait et c'est une réussite. Cette note est mérité.
