Hotel a 4 stelle popolari a Otaru

Il buon hotel è situato con un sacco di attrezzature e di magazzinaggio per rendere il vostro soggiorno comodo. La zona di fumo per i clienti che fumano puzza l'intero lobby mentre si cammina attraverso la ricezione all'ascensore, che è una vergogna. Vicino ai punti di vista e a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione JR e dal supermercato.

Abbiamo prenotato l'hotel dopo un soggiorno molto piacevole anni fa, nonostante il prezzo sia stato al livello superiore per le date di viaggio. Purtroppo, questa visita non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative a causa di malcomunicazioni sulla tariffazione. In qualche modo, non era stato detto nella mia prenotazione che viaggiavo con un bambino, ho chiarito attentamente con l’hotel e l’agente settimane prima dell’arrivo circa le spese aggiuntive. Ho ricevuto la conferma dell'importo netto esatto di sopra e ho deciso di non cancellare. Tuttavia, al arrivo, siamo stati informati di un prezzo diverso, un extra $300+ per il mio bambino, nonostante non necessiti di un letto extra. Il nostro check-in è stato molto ritardato, quando siamo arrivati tardi la notte con un bambino e abbiamo dovuto risolvere la questione. Ho dovuto presentare tutte le conferme di posta elettronica dell'hotel e dell'agente per risolvere la situazione, che era frustrante e inutile dopo una comunicazione così approfondita. Su una nota positiva, la posizione dell'hotel rimane eccellente. È disponibile un accesso diretto all'aeroporto attraverso una stazione vicina e si trova a soli un'ottenuta fermata dal canale Otaru, rendendolo conveniente per i viaggiatori. Sebbene la posizione sia senza dubbio un'emergere, l'esperienza è stata ombreggiata dalla mancanza di coerenza nella comunicazione e dalla mancanza di chiarezza sulle politiche di tariffazione.

The staff at the reception speaks fluent English, which is good. Sth dramatic happened after I checked in. Somehow my suitcase cannot be unlocked,though I knew the key number. So I had to call reception for help, luckily they do have the tool to open the suitcase, but I was told to wait because someone else were using it and I was supposed to be called after the reception got the tool. Waited whole night long, with no phone call, and had to check out the next morning with my broken suitcase. So if you find your suitcase cannot be opened, go find reception immediately or u might not get the chance to use the tool, haha

Ogni volta che vado al pub, sono quasi sempre grato al signor Ocent. Di solito prenoto una camera da letto doppia, ma questa volta ho usato il supporto di viaggio, quindi ho deciso di impostarlo in una camera da letto doppia di lusso. Molto bene, fantastico, ma un po'deluso è che c'è un nuovo hotel vicino. Il paesaggio sul mare è bloccato, e il personale della reception e della sala sono molto educati.Attraverso il puliziatore del corridoio 々 e il saluto sono molto felici (ogni volta che si soggiorna), cibo e viaggi sono molto convenienti. Puoi raggiungere la stazione di Xiaojiang attraverso il mento, quindi è molto utile quando il tempo è male. Il cibo dell'hotel è molto delizioso. Lo consiglio davvero.

Amazing location (10min walk from JR Station, 12-15min walk to main shopping street), great view facing the canal. Staff were very friendly. Overall facilities seemed old but very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this hotel to others!

We absolutely loved this ryokan experience! Stayed for 2d1n as a couple and absolutely loved the place! We booked the room with the private onsen and it was a lovely small space on the 2nd floor we could enjoy privately. The onsen is not too big, maybe 1.5 x 1.5 meters, but it was spacious for the two of us. We also found out that you can book a 45 minute slot for a separate private onsen for about ¥2200, which we may have done instead, had we known about it before booking. The japanese-style room was comfortable and had the usual amenities provided, alongside other nice additions like lotions and creams. The staff helped us to set up our futon (japanese-style bed) after dinner, and it was overall a very comfortable experience. The staff are super friendly and service was incredible. We got the dinner and breakfast package and the food was excellent. We had to choose both the dinner slot in advance, and it is first-come-first-serve. Dinner was served to us in the room over 1.5h and was a really amazing 12-course meal with instructions on the eating order. Breakfast was more standard, but still nice, we took it in the dining hall. The lounge is open till 10pm and we could take drinks and refreshment freely, including some small snacks and soft drinks. But they stop serving beer at 9pm. The onsens also have mini-fridges with free popsicles. There is also an outside area you can access from 3pm - 9pm that serves hot coffee and wine, with free marshmallows you can roast on the outside firepit. It was really nice. The garden is by far the nicest part of the hotel, it is really big and well decorated, with many nice places for photos and to enjoy a hot drink from the lounge. The space is quite large and might take about 20 minutes to fully explore. The only downside I can think of is that the location is quite hard to access. We chose to get to and from the ryokan by taxi, but there is also a shuttle bus service, from what I understand. When we arrived, the reception told us that there would be a shuttle bus leaving at 10:45 to Otaruchikko station. We still ended up requesting a taxi from the front desk though, which they were happy to help us book (I couldn't get any taxis by cab in the location). Overall a really amazing stay that we would absolutely recommend. The price tag might seem high for a ”3 star” hotel, but the ranking is deceptive, we absolutely had a 5 star experience. 　小樽の町には何度か泊まったことが有りますが、今回は小樽市を高いところから一望しようと小樽天狗山ロープウェイに寄ってから、横移動してホテルに到着しました。玄関近くの駐車スペースに車を停めました。玄関を入ると自動検温器があり、消毒液を手にスプレーして、順番待ちのためフロント前で休憩。8階の2809号室のツインルームに入りました。室内設備は、一般のホテルと同等に完備されていました。窓からは、ホテル横の道路や近くの山の景色が見えました。札幌市に住む友達がホテルのフロント前1階レストランで夕食を予約してくれていたので、友達と一緒に会食となりました。混んではいませんでしたので、コース料理を、話しながらゆっくりと楽しむことができました。館内は、室内プール、フィットネスも有りましたが、1泊だけでしたので利用できませんでした。修学旅行生も大勢泊まっていたので、土産物ショップは結構若者が来ていました。朝食は、2階のレストランでブッフェスタイルでした。食べ物も結構揃っているので腹一杯になりました。朝一番で大浴場に行きましたが、ほとんど人が居なくでゆったりと入れました。チェックアウト出ホテルを出てからは、上方に登り、ループの道路と朝里川ダムと紅葉を見てから帰路につきました。1泊ではもったいないリゾートタイプのホテルでした。

温泉、食事、お部屋、どれも私の好みに合い、非常に良かったです。 本館の部屋に家族4人で宿泊。開口部が大きくとってあり見晴らしが良く明るい部屋でした。石狩湾、JRの線路、小樽の町並みが眼下に見下ろせました。 私達しか宿泊客がいないのでは、と思うくらい静かで、他のお客にも会いませんでした。 部屋も、部屋風呂も広く寛ぐことが出来ました。特に温泉は湯加減が私にはちょうど良くて気持ちよかったです。タオルが山のように置いてあり、濡れたタオルを使わないで良いのが嬉しかったです。 食事は食事会場で、海鮮の会席料理をいただきました。アスパラ、ホタテ、ジャガイモ等北海道産の食材が使われ、どれも美味しかったです。 とても良い宿ですので、また是非訪れたいと思っています。

Il ryokan stesso era buono, ma il sito è davvero il peggio. Ovviamente, la ricerca e la prenotazione sono state effettuate da 4 adulti e 2 bambini, ma 2 bambini sono scomparsi e sono stati costretti a spendere 200.000 dollari di più. Anche altri hotel hanno perso 4 adulti e 2 adulti e 1 bambino????? Il bambino ha anche perso il bambino pagato, e anche se sono venuto qui, penso di aver speso un altro 400.000 vincitori. Qual è il caso di prenotare una camera doppia uno per uno????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Non userò più questo sito.
