Hotel accommodation is nice. Location is very close to the shin osaka train station (if you know how to go). There hotel reach though both JR or subway station. For JR passenger, the hotel is close to central exit no10. For subway, sorry I cannot remember. I have lost in the train station when arriving. And it was a bit sad that hotel staff couldn't speak English TT

Great stay and absolutely convenient to move around since it’s just beside shin Osaka station. The hotel room is decent size and the service is very friendly and superb. Definitely will stay again if in Osaka!!!

Space was alright for couples however the bed was too soft and pillows were flimsy. Nevertheless it was a convenient stay at the location and the price was average.

Very neatly next to the station in a hidden spot. If you know the area then it's very easy to go around. Especially easy to get to the subway. Due to relatively very close to the train tracks it is noisy at sleeping time.

除了房間太小，其他都滿意，主要是位置很滿意，房間小到沒有地方可以攤開一個行李箱

在高層能夠通過窗户看到遠處，讓心情變得更好了太好吃啦，一下子就全吃完了，甚至忘了拍照哈哈哈哈。下次有機會再來，其實更適合1-2個人出行。

日式經濟型酒店，離車站近，出正面口，抬頭就能看見。日式經濟連鎖酒店是房間小但設備俱全！早餐酒店裡沒有，而是給券到新大阪站三樓咖啡館的，旁邊就是新幹線進口，對乘坐新幹線的遊客蠻方便，早餐就這二種類，每天一樣的不會變化！

新大阪站真的太複雜了，而這個酒店就在最容易找到的正面口，走過去2分鐘。房間的窗户就可以看到車站。非常方便。對我這種臨時出行的路痴太友好了。辦理入住在2樓，前台十分熱情。房間是日本正常房間大小，很乾凈，東西很齊。甚至有一張桌子和一張長沙發，還有一個冰箱。床頭有USB接口，插座也充足。清晨雖然有點軌道交通的聲音，但並不會影響人。3樓有洗衣機制冰機。樓下就是711，過街就是新大阪站商業區。非常方便。
