The good things are: upgraded room, mini-balcony with lots of windows, welcoming fruits / nuts, staff willing to help. The things to be improved: hot water (available only after 4 minutes of waiting with the shower on), easier access to WiFi, and it would be great if the staff knew about the locations and ways to get to the most iconic destinations around the city to be able to help tourists in need.

My stay at Oasis Grand Hotel was really great. The location is perfect, and the view from my room was amazing. The room was big and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Even though the building is old, it still looks great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Front Desk staff are poorly trained, when I first checked in she was adamant that they don't receive booking from foreign websites. Only to find it after 10 min with my persistence. Staff are unhelpful and feel like they do not want to be there, and not once have I received a smile from any staff. Would not recommend to anyone who doesn't have a Chinese ID.

這次入住綠洲大飯店體驗超棒！前台嘉欣小姐姐服務態度特別好，熱情又耐心。辦理入住時得知我是來旅遊的，還免費幫我升級了房型。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全。細節之處盡顯用心，讓我有了賓至如歸的感覺，下次來還住這兒，必須好評！

這次住宿體驗太棒啦!一進房間，就被它的乾淨整潔驚艷到，地板光亮、床鋪平整，衞生間也毫無異味，細節之處盡顯用心。酒店服務更是沒得説，從前台辦理入住的熱情接待，到貼心幫忙搬運行李的工作人員，都讓人心裏暖暖的。有任何需求，響應都超迅速，真正做到了賓至如歸。下次來還會選擇這個酒店，早餐也特別豐富，地理位置也很好。
