È la seconda volta che soggiorno qui e ogni volta sono molto soddisfatto, è un hotel molto confortevole, quando andrò a Osaka, andrò prima in questo hotel. Strutture: completamente attrezzate Igiene: molto pulito Ambiente: è molto vicino alla stazione e al centro commerciale ed è comodo per spostarsi Servizio: cordiale

Pensavo fosse il Smiling Premium Hotel sulla strada principale. Era chiuso. Il fratello rimasto indietro ha indicato la strada da percorrere a 1000 metri a sinistra e ha camminato per 20 minuti con i bagagli. Fortunatamente, anche questo hotel è buono. La stanza è spazioso e confortevole, pulito e ordinato, ed è molto vicino alla stazione della metropolitana, a mezz'ora a piedi da Xinzaibashi

Overall, not bad! There were several positives. The location is quite good because it's just a 15-minute walk to Dotonbori. Also, there are nice restaurants and convenience stores nearby. My room was compact and clean. I was on the fourth floor which had a drinks vending machine which I often used. The staff were friendly enough. There were also a few small negatives. My room had a slight smell of cigarettes and lacked a safety deposit box. Also note that room cleaning is only available once every 3 days. Nonetheless, this was my cheapest room in Japan and good value for money. I'd certainly consider returning.

Nice location is very close to subway station. Friendly lobby stuff , fancy room So far, I would like to book again if I’m in Osaka next time :)

We stayed in the Triple Room with 3 single beds which they are very comfortable. Room was clean, quiet, modern looking and quite spacious - can accommodate two 28” and one 26” luggage cases (wide open on the floor) after we have re-arranged the three beds by putting them altogether with the two bedside tables in between moved towards the wardrobe area. Room was well ventilated which you could adjust the room temperature yourself. Location is good with convenient stores and eateries nearby and metro station is walking distance of 6mins. To sum up, we had a pleasant stay in this hotel but it would be perfect if duty front of desk staff could wear a smile when greeted the guests upon check-in (actually they were polite when handling the check-in procedure).

The hotel is located about an 11-minute walk from Shinsaibashi. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping areas nearby, and the external road facilities are also very convenient.

The hotel is very close to the transportation station and worth to stay.

Nice service. Additional charge for late checkout is very cheap(1000yen per hour). The hotel is near to subway station 400m

It took 10 minutes walking from Shinsaibashi station via Gate 1, you should go to Gate 5 with escalator if you bring lots of luggage. The location is convenient and quiet enough from the noise of the road. The room was clean with standard hotel space in Japan. Room equipped with panel features for AC and heater, the room amenities provided at amenities bar nearby the reception area. Recommended Hotel.....

Very clean and quiet. But agreed to clean once every three days? Did not clean for me. Because only four nights to think of too lazy to communicate with the front desk.

Simple hotel, got all the essential services, good service

Functional 3 Star Hotel. The double bed is small and generally the entire room is very small. However, it is very near to the major subway lines like Hommachi and very close to Shinshobashi Suji Shopping street...which is a major plus! Would come again .
