Ottima posizione che offre ai viaggiatori comodità. A pochi passi da molti ristoranti e Art Street. Il centro commerciale 1st avenue proprio accanto ha molti servizi come cinema, karaoke, negozi, caffè, farmacie e supermercati. Siamo stati qui per 2 notti e 1 notte in un altro hotel sul mare che costa il doppio ma mi piace di più l'hotel Jen per la sua posizione perfetta. La tv via cavo ha alcuni canali tra cui il calcio, ma sarà fantastico se in futuro avrai Netflix o YouTube. Nel complesso soggiorno molto piacevole.

Great location, friendly front desk staff and housekeeping staff. Nice lobby area. Rooms are clean and spacious. I wasn’t given a city view or garden view, but it’s ok. Good toilet amenities.

Very good visit and nearby amenities .although it is an old hotel called Shangri-La , followed by Traders and now Jen the hotel is very well maintained

Stayed for 4 nights. Good location, easy to reach famous tourist spots. Room is clean and quiet. Staffs are helpful. There are night market and mall nearby.

Hotel's location is superb as it is walkable to many popular spots Had the nice horfun at Tham Kee Char Hor Fun at Presgrave Street & yummy dessert at Four Seasons Dessert.

Highly recommended. Superb location,beside got few shopping mall. Clean room,comfy bed, a lot TV program. Nice breakfast buffet spread. Free lounge access and drinks. Nice lounge setting,cozy,relax,served cake and fruits too. Staff friendly. Small pool.

Had a great 5D4N stay with Jen Penang Georgetown last December. Great location and room was clean. Will definitely come back again.

Jen Penang Hotel offers a fantastic location, with easy access to the Komtar bus terminal, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The rooms are modern and comfortable, though guests on extended stays might find the lack of replenishment for toiletries and supplies a bit inconvenient.

Live in the center of George Town, Penang & very close to Comtar, so it’s very convenient. Breakfast is so good with many choices of local and international foods. We like the staff and their services..

The location of the hotel is ideal as it is near a shopping mall and is near to all the famous food stalls. The only cons was the water leakage daily that made the floor wet. Perhaps you might want to look into it
