Great experience and hotel

Lovely hotel but paying for the gym leaves a sour taste .  Once you’ve paid all fees and resort fees I feel the gym should be complimentary

Our family of six rented an Airbnb for 6 days but me and my youngest daughter wanted to stay for an extra couple of days; so we rented the room at the Rosen. It looked great in the pictures and I'm happy to report that it was even more beautiful in person. There are so many amenities and the food was excellent! I highly recommend the pulled pork nachos poolside from The Cattails Bar (by the way large enough for 3 people to share. Our room overlooked the lakes and golf course. What a beautiful view! I actually saw an eagle air diving into the lake for his meal! There were so many shady beautiful places to sit if you wanted to spend your time outdoors (which I did) and lovely seating inside if you needed to come in to cool off. The market is open 24 hours if you need a tasty snack or something to drink. Warning; the market is pricey but very convenient. If you want grocery store pricing, the Publix is a shuttle ride away and just a short walk across the street. I should have read the fine print the parking will be $28 a day if you self park. And though they say there are no resort fees; there is a fee for incidentals that I thought was quite hefty so be prepared to put this on your credit card temporarily. If I had had more time I definitely would have enjoyed the spa offerings. The staff was professional and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again and plan on doing so!

Amazing facitly and location. Not happy to pay for parking but the rooms were clean and every amenity was available to me and my kids. Thank you!

Our family stayed at Rosen Shingle Creek for Mother’s Day weekend was wonderful. Even though we live just one county over, we enjoyed our staycation. Very nice hotel with great amenities, awesome pool area and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The staff at the hotel was very attentive and friendly.

Overall experience is not bad but not as expected! Rooms are small and it’s missing a lot of important amenities for a family trip most importantly the microwave. The self laundry room operate by coins and the coin machine there is not working so you have to walk to the reception to get changes. They don’t charge resort fee but the charge $28 for a self parking which is far away from the building! You have to walk all the way there and pay $28 plus tax a day! There’s shuttle but don’t operate after certain times. Rooms are quiet, clean and full of towels. Location is not that great putting that you have to walk to the parking to get to the car and drive to the international drive near icon park. I don’t think I’ll book there again.

Hôtel was great. Staff was friendly. Parking was very expensive for 1 night. No where did it mention paid parking. It should be included with a hotel stay.

Hotel lobby is beautiful, pool is very nice, and golf course is well maintained. Easy checkin and checkout.

We travel to Orlando frequently and always enjoy our stay at the Rosen. This time felt a little off maybe because there were so many conventions going on. Our check in was delayed and we would have had to wait longer for our reserved King bed room. We elected to take a 2 queen room on the Lobby floor. When we got to our room we learned it was a handicap room. We decided to stay anyway. The curtains in our room were ripped and did not close properly. The ice machine was not working and we had to go up 3 floors to get ice. Other than that the stay was ok. We always enjoy the market place on the lower level. They have great options for eating in expensively and their employees are always friendly.

We love staying at this hotel. It is always a wonderful experience. The staff goes above and beyond, it is VERY clean and comfortable. If you like being outside the nature trails are awesome. My husbands likes to fish and they even have an area to that too. The golf course is beautiful, plenty of places to eat on property. All in all a great place to stay.
