Nice hotel at Tokyo bay opposite Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai. Linked with Shijo-mae station. Room size was ok. Paid ¥2,200 for the buffet breakfast. Convenient store just in front of the main door

Good quality onsen, nice city view with good onsen. Delicious breakfast and Ramen. A bit pity is carpark downstairs cannot be reserved for hotel guests.

It was very easy to move to the city because the subway station was very close, and there was a fish market in front of the hotel, so it was good to eat, and the rooftop hot spring facility was also open on the front, so it was very good to use the night hot spring facility, and there were many very good places to take pictures outside the room, elevator, hotel lobby, and hotel, so I used it well for four days.

Love the facilities there especially the onsen that comes with beautiful view of the city!

Great location with nice view of the bay and great amenities. Love the onsen which we go each day to end our day . Very clean and comfy bed, decent size room. Highly recommend their breakfast buffet. I will definitely stay here when I go back to Tokyo!

The transport is not quite convenient if I want to go outside to find something to eat at night (after 10pm). But it is nice to take this opportunity to walk around the coast to Lalaport for dinner. And the Rainbow bridge is nice.

Great hotel with a convenient train station near it! We really enjoyed all the hotel had to offer and went every night to the onsen. Also the hotel had such great views and was very close to restaurants that were so yummy! Would definitely recommend and book this hotel again when I go back to Tokyo again!

The hotel is well-equipped, with beautiful scenery and excellent service. The rooms are small, and although it is close to the subway station, it still takes a considerable amount of time to reach popular attractions.

Beautiful hotel with views of the Bay, breakfast buffet was excellent and it was relaxing, with free onsen soaking, popsicles, ramen at night. Room was cosy and they provided a cot. Location was great despite being further from central Tokyo, near Toyosu fish market and Senkyaku Banrai, LOVED our stay

The location is next to Shijomae monorail station. The checkin service become automated and the onsen is the best view and facility in town. Overall experience is satisfactory.

It was sad that the Trip.com didn’t tell that there is a swimming pool in the hotel. We didn’t bring swimming costumes.

Great location to visit the Fish Market n still not far from City Center. Prices reasonable for Tokyo.

Pros: 1. The room was spacious enough, and the balcony offered a great view! 2. Overall cleanliness was good. 3. Convenient location and walking distance to the Toyosu Fish Market. 4. The onsen facilities were good, although they can get crowded during peak weekend hours. 5. The breakfast spread was extensive with a wide variety, and the sashimi donburi was delicious. 6. There is free yonaki soba served at their restaurant at 10pm. Cons: 1. The hotel staff appeared to be undertrained; many of them had difficulty understanding English and resorted to using a manual to communicate with guests. This seems inadequate for a 4-star hotel. 2. It's best to avoid the onsen during peak hours as it can be very crowded. 3. Parking is located 1 level below the hotel lobby, which can be inconvenient. Additionally, parking is not free, although there is a discount for hotel guests.
