There are pros and cons about this place. Let's go with cons, in a alley way , Google map can't find it, I called for 30/35 minutes no one answered the call, these is a construction going on in the property and property opposite ( if you are looking for a sleep late into morning ( forget it) construction starts 7:30/8:00 am , breakfast is served in the room ( day one with breakfast they served butter and ham as well ( day 2 none ) I asked and was told they ran out ( don't have - exact words ) I toms the reception about butter and jam( wa stone should be there next day ( the breakfast came no butter and jam - was told don't have ) I said go ask the front desk and then they got it ( by the time I am done with my breakfast ( they don't replenish toiletries ) I had to specifically ask for it( toilet paper is like a shredded paper ( not easy to use ) the view from the balcony is from the property that is opposite ( view is Villa Oasis) next door . Pros - the front desk is helpful , they have bicycle for you to take and ride , they help you with your and travel and laundry , portion of breakfast is decent enough (choice of western and local ) but must tell them the time ( breakfast served on room and has to be pre booked , very close to night market , but 17 min walk from the Mekong river side ( night market famous for food) rooms are pretty big ( some with balcony ) Overall till the time the construction doesn't get over with the property and the property opposite o would suggest to stay away from this place as they start early morning banging around 7:30ish And the amenities are cheap which is use and throw and they don't replenish ( good place of you love eating as night market is close by) I am not a backpacker ( hence I won't ever consider staying in this place every again )

The worker sinhdy at the fronk desk is welcoming, she gave us lots of help and information for this trip, I really appreciate it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Everytime I asked them something, they were more than willing to help in anyway they could. The room was lovely and very reasonably priced. The only very minor downside was that breakfast was a little bit limited for someone with quite a lot of food allergies, but the staff could make adaptions to the menu to try and cater for these. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Luang Prabang.

Clean, comfortable accommodation near tourist attractions. Can walk easily.

Really lovely accommodation. Pricier than others for what you get but you can use the free bicycles. A bit strange that they don’t have hand towels so that was frustrating. Enjoyed the local breakfast.

Excellent Hotel in Luang Prubang,recently refurbished so all the facilities are clean and well presented. Staff at the hotel are extremely helpful. The selection and quality of the Breakfast is good too. Highly recommend this hotel

中國人，千萬不要住這家！對中國人非常差態度。 實際情況 1.到了以後，他會各種理由告訴你去另外一棟住，沒有花園。你會認為貨不對板。 2.沖涼是半冷水，連續3天。你舒服嗎？ 3.要便宜環境好的旁邊一大堆， 你想旅遊不愉快就住這裏吧，有圖有真相

重要的先説：衞生不好。住酒店最重要的就是衞生，剛換的床單就如圖所示，衞生間有小水道的臭味，地板的話赤腳走幾步腳底全是灰，泳池上面都是漂浮物。 房間隔音很差，其他房間打呼嚕聲音響都能聽到，每個房間都是對着公共泳池，所以很鬧，私隱性也不好。 至於服務，前台check in只有一個小哥，和一名女士，所以如果你前面如果有人的話，要等前面的人解決完所有的問題才能到你，女士的態度也非常不好。 因為酒店體驗不好，休息不好，這次旅行是一次很不好的體驗。

房間還是不錯的，挺乾淨 法國清新風的格調，算是精品民宿吧 有一棟是花園，有一棟新建的對面是坐擁泳池 老闆是個瘦小的小年輕。跟他説洗手盆那個漏水的壞了，他説有什麼問題嗎？ 住了3晚，第二晚洗澡蓬蓬頭壞了，一開始看了後走了個，等一會不來去問他説ok，但還是壞了，他衹能來修，還説咋那麼晚説，其實也就8點吧，我白天得出去玩啊。難道誰不是晚上洗澡睡覺麼？服了。 住了3晚，第三晚那個洗手盆的漏水的還沒換，這個玩意有零件我都能換，1分鐘搞定。 洗澡的勉強還好了，但是出水挺小的，想洗個酣暢的熱水澡就算了吧。 這小夥子老闆也是做一天和尚撞一天鐘啊。 離洋人街步行1.1公里吧。 總之不能細糾的民宿吧

大家千萬別定貴的那個陽台房！！！巨坑爹！！這酒店目前就8個房間（2樓4，1樓4）一樓是便宜的那個陽台房（房間更大更合理，乾濕分離）二樓是貴的那個陽台房（房間小，提着行李上下非常不方便，沒有乾濕分離）。我們定的貴的陽台雙人間，結果給我們一個很小的大床房，沒有紙巾，沒有礦泉水…提出質疑，第二天給我們換了一樓，紙巾也有了水也有了……

1. พิกัดโรงแรมผิดนะคะ ที่ถูกต้องจะอยู่ในซอยข้างธนาคาร พิกัด 19.886355,102.137659 กว่าจะหาที่พักเจอ ต้องถามตลอดทาง 2. ด้านหน้าโรงแรม มีการก่อสร้างเพิ่มเติม ยังไม่เสร็จ กลางวันเสียงดังเล็กน้อย 3. พนักงานไม่ได้อยู่ประจำเคาเตอร์ตลอด ต้องฝากคนงานก่อสร้างเรียก 4. ในภาพดูกว้างขวาง แต่สถานที่จริงไม่ใหญ่ ถ้าเดินเที่ยวไม่แนะนำ เพราะค่อนข้างไกลจากตัวเมือง แต่ดีที่มีจักรยานให้ฟรี 5. อาหารเช้าเป็นแบบเลือกเมนู ธรรมดา ที่ทานได้คือขนมปัง และผลไม้โยเกิร์ต 6.ห้องสะอาด ตกแต่งดี กระจกมีเฉพาะในห้องน้ำ ประตูหน้าต่างไม่มีผ้าม่าน แต่เป็นบานเกล็ดทึบกับกระจก วิวเป็นของโรงแรมข้างเคียง
