Soggiorno piacevole, bella struttura, pulita ed accogliente.

Ac didn’t work, it was hot inside even with open windows. Parking is really limited. Restaurant is great and had very budget prices

Disastro totale personale non competente . Entriamo in camera facciamo la doccia e lo scarico non funziona si allaga tutta la camera chiediamo spiegazioni e la signora ci manda un tecnico molto scortese e dice che sia normale 2 giorno di nuovo facciamo la doccia e si intasa di nuovo chiamo e chiedo di spostarci in una camera la risposta della gentile e incompetente ragazza mi dice che erano tutte occupate e che l’unica disponibile era con letti singoli. 3 giorni si ripete la situazione ma niente noi abbiamo perso le speranze NON VENITE QUA ! Non siete nemmeno calcolati e coccolati P.s. parcheggio non piccolo un buco Altro che 4 stelle 1 ne merita

L’hotel ha una buona posizione. Purtroppo però lascia alquanto a desiderare. Nessuna attenzione per le misure anti Covid: il distributore di disinfettante nell’ ascensore panoramico era vuoto è così è rimasto per 2 giorni. Il TV non ha mai funzionato per tutto il nostro soggiorno. In bagno mancavano dei bicchieri per lavarsi i denti e il distributore di fazzoletti mi di carta vuoto. Per terra un pezzo di stuzzicadente. Le testiere del letto lise dal consumo. La colazione un altro disastro. Le cose cotte fredde! Yougurt solo bianco. Il resto di scarsa qualità. Potrei continuare, ma mi fermo qui. Consiglio di scegliere un altro hotel

È un hotel in una posizione tranquilla e abbastanza centrale, sul fiume Criș, nella bella città di Oradea. I ragazzi e le ragazze della reception sono molto professionali e gentili. Purtoppo a parte la stanza si paga tutto extra. Comunque si dorme benissimo su un letto perfetto e in una stanza silenziosa. Per la serenità è al top è il massimo

Che delusione! Abbiamo pernottato con il mio compagno presso questa struttura una notte e purtroppo non è stato così come ci aspettavamo.. senza considerare il numero insufficiente di posti nel parcheggio, l’accoglienza è stata fredda, (biscotto cookie a parte che forse è stata la cosa migliore del soggiorno ) chiedendo subito di pagare i 6€ di colazione che in fin dei conti non valeva nemmeno 0,50€ .. bottiglie di acqua di vetro RIRIEMPITE, accappatoi bucati, portate di cibo dimenticate, personale poco attento e assolutamente non professionale! Penso sia il peggior hotel Hilton della storia

Good hotel. Friendly staff. Clean. Bartenders are great and front desk staff are super friendly. The spa massage therapists are also amazing. The bad: water pressure is not great and depending on where your room is, internet may not work. Close enough to shops/food.

I recently stayed in this hotel for the 4th time over the past 10 years and I have to admit that it’s one of my favorite hotels. Of course a high Hilton Honors status helps a lot as you get free breakfast (like in any Hilton hotel), access to the pool, free parking and a few free drinks at the bar. The pool is fantastic, the gym is well equipped, it’s a short walking distance to reach the city center, the park right across the street is ideal for kids to play basketball or football. The rooms are spotless clean, modern and well equipped. Breakfast quality has slightly decreased over the years but it’s still very good. Staff is nice, flexible and friendly. Always looking forward to the next opportunity to visit.

The bathrooms were well-equipped with a hair dryer, body wash, lotion, shampoo, and conditioner. It took us a moment to figure out the shower handles, but we managed eventually. The sheets were clean, and there were plenty of towels and a robe included. One room had a river view, while the other had a balcony overlooking the park, which was lovely. The hallways by the elevators and lobby featured beautiful pictures and artwork. The elevator itself was nice, with full glass offering great views of the river and city. Delicious breakfast. Issues with the room: It was pricey and did not include free access to amenities like the swimming pool, breakfast, or parking, which are typically included in the price at most hotels. We had to pay for everything: $18 per day for breakfast, $12 per day for parking, $18 per entry to the swimming pool area, and $3.50 for a small bottle of water from the mini-fridge. The AC in both rooms didn't work properly. There was no pamphlet in the room to assist guests with how to use the amenities, such as inserting and keeping the hotel key in the slot by the door to turn on the AC and lights, which is not standard in many hotels. Additionally, there was no welcome pamphlet providing information on things to do in the City of Oradea. The restaurant food was not great and was quite expensive for what was offered. The salmon was standard and didn't taste fresh, while the rice was floating in water and tasted plain—the worst rice I've ever had, despite it being easy to prepare. Although we dined at the hotel's restaurant, we were still charged for parking. The concierge never mentioned that parking would be free if we ate there.
