The hotel was in a convenient location near to shopping mall. The rooms were clean and bright. The breakfast was delicious but I bit disappointed when I booking the room for 3, but just get breakfast for 2. Anyway it good experience to stay.

The environment is quiet, nearby got restaurants. The lobby should have proper sofa for guests. The bed is quite hard. The breakfast provided is just ordinary, not much choices.

Friendly staff and convenient hotel to travel to everywhere. Near to the city as well.

Good location. Room is clean, but sewer odour from toilet too offensive. Need to open all windows with full blast aircon during the stay.

The location is awesome The room conditions is horrible, bathroom sink was stuck even can make a swimming pool. Can smell the dust in the atmosphere , celling got a lot fungus. The service is good, when I report the problem of the room they strict change a new renovation room to me, this is worth to give 👍🏻

Hotel Location is good. Modern loft suite. Hotel very clean and well maintained. Overall it was a great value for money and highly recommended .

I stayed at Block A for two-night ... the hotel need upgrading ... especially its bathroom/toilet which looks old.

Room is acceptable. Dark spots here and there with a hole punctured through the damaged head rest. Moldy ceiling too. But generally speaking, it is acceptable its price range.

Always my favourite hotel for my trip to kuching... But if then got small freezer more better...

Very good location and good breakfast .. the room is very clean. I suggest can provide some free toiletries such toothbrush etc

Stayed there a night. Service is good, first room smelled cigarettes, informed and immediately was replaced with another room. Room clean. Not spacious but for couple is enough. Breakfast is okay, not too much variety,but has noodles, porridge, laksa, bread, fried nuggets etc. No milk 🥛 this morning.

Overall good 👍👍👍 always stayed in here when I'm around. Clean room, friendly staff and good location
