Excellent Resort, away from the city rush. The rooms and Bathrooms are clean, Jaya ji at the reception was always helpful. Overall we had a 3 night pleasant stay, with a beautiful view.

Excellent stay and service

Attenzione cari viaggiatori nonostante il rate di questo hotel dapprima si è fatto pagare fuori canale booking adducendo strane giustificazione sulla sicurezza della pwd e sulle molte prenotazioni che aveva e poi una volta che mi sono presentato per il check in mi ha dato una camera che NON E' pubblicizzata su booking fuori dalla struttura in un edificio ancora in costruzione, con il tetto in lamiera non coibentata e raggiungibile attraverso una scala pericolosissima in ferro. Dopo avere presentato le mie dimostranze, in assenza del manager sono stato costretto ad andare in un altro hotel a mie spese. Ovviamente nè l'hotel nè tanto meno booking hanno risposto alle mie mail ! Non credete alle foto oche hanno pubblicato. Ad Ooty fa freddo !

A beautifully located Sterling property. Especially the landscaping was impressive . Great view of the valley and the hills from the front lawn . Room was comfortable and cosy. Only thing , we did not get a room with a view. Chef Debjit and guest relations executive Jaya were very co operative and nice persons to talk to. They were attentive to our special requests and suggestions. We found Nungmei ,Aphamman,Manshom, three sweet girls from Nagaland, Amit, Dipankar, all belonging to food and beverage team , very sincere and dedicated workers . Polite and always smiling , they went out of their way to cater to our needs. Overall enjoyed our stay in this quiet resort . Thanks Sterling Holidays .

Visited this property on 5th November 2024, property is amazing with full of flowers and greenery around. Staffs are well trained and always eager to assist. For breakfast there is huge display of breads, south Indian/ north Indian/ continental selection also live dosa/ egg counter. Do not miss to visit the activity center it has numerous outdoor and indoor activities. I was lucky enough to be a part of star/ planet watching through telescope which was a lifetime experience. Coming to food one must order south Indian dishes which are par excellent.

We had an excellent experience at sterling fern hill ooty It was soo good all staff like Anoop lily Jaya & few more staff & receptionist house keeping persons restaurant staff so cooperative were excellent very very friendly & homely feelings & Not to forget our shailendra puskar ji very good helpful hardworking very friendly person took care of us so nicely. And our own GM Mr Naveen mohan gave us best feeling under him & his team every thing was taken care very nicely & I think under him resorts infrastructure neatness food every thing was taken care very nicely. Will definitely love to come again & spend more time in resorts with hopefully same team Thanks for everything Anand Shah.

The hotel was outstanding, offering a blend of luxury and comfort. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the amenities were top-notch. The staff, especially Rabya, Saibal, Aymaan, and Diwani, were exceptionally courteous and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Overall, an excellent experience that I would highly recommend to others.

The staff members Abisha, Alvin, Jaya, Ritish, and Subrata were incredibly friendly. Initially, we were given a room without a view, but upon our request, they upgraded us to a family suit with a fantastic view. All of the staff members are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and professionally trained.It was delicious, and the room service food we requested arrived quite quickly. I wish I could stay here.
