We booked this hotel for a single night stay on our way to somewhere else. It fitted the bill of what we needed well - a clean room, bed and a shower and a place to park the car. We'd happily stay here again for similar reasons but the location and style of hotel means it's not the kind of place I'd stay for a longer period.

Hotel is decent. It’s what we expected. Breakfast was surprisingly better than expected, as was the staff/service. Tomas at the front desk in particular is an awesome employee. Extremely courteous and friendly. Loved how he made the stay that much more enjoyable.

Ideal position for through traffic, locked compound added safety for parking, room clean, staff very friendly, reasonably priced, would be happy to stay here again.

Room sizes are good but lack of equipment (water heater, hairdryer, safe.) In my room, the AC was located at the entrance door, and the direction of air blow could never reach the room. Trashbin is also missing from the room. Wifi is good. Breakfast has only bakery products, no cutlets, cheese, or eggs. Although, the staff is very nice. The place is located outside of the city, it's a bit hard to reach Lormont or Bordeaux.

El hotel lo tenía todo, limpieza, personal muy amable, a 10 min andando había un tranvía que iba directo al centro de Burdeos, el desayuno podría ser un poco más completo, pero en general el hotel estaba muy bien.

Je suis arrivé , j’ai pu rencontré une personne fort sympathique à l’accueil . Très agréable et soucieux d’apporter le maximum pour la durée du séjour . Cependant je suis très déçu de l’état de la literie , nous avions fait le choix de deux petits lits , les matelas étaient déformés et affaissés sur le milieu une horreur . Pour le reste rien à dire .
