L'hotel si trova a Sunway Big Box, a circa 30 - 40 minuti di auto dalla città, un grande spazio al dettaglio ma limitate scelte di dettaglianti e opzioni F&B. Ci sono NSK per shopping al dettaglio, grande BookXcees (il preferito della mia ragazza), Padini, il signor DIY per citare alcuni. Arriviamo alla sera e l'hotel era completamente prenotato per la notte, quindi non riuscivo a soddisfare la mia richiesta di una camera alta, ma il personale era gentile da offrire una stanza lontano dalla piscina, perché ci sono bande viventi nei fine settimana. Prenotato una camera con letto di grandezza re e divano letto e è stato dato una camera con 2 letti singoli e un letto divano alla fine (ma i letti singoli possono essere facilmente collocati insieme). C'è un costo di RM80 per mettere il letto da divano, altrimenti si può semplicemente chiedere per le piastrelle/spazzatura e mettere in piedi per te stesso gratuitamente. Parcheggio gratuito. Il colazione dell'hotel ha una buona varietà di esp per coloro che amano lemak nasi/spicy food. Per bambini più anziani/adulti, visitare il vicino parco X-Sunway Iskandar per attività all'aperto come Go-kart/ATV, ecc.

Hotel bello per le famiglie. Eravamo qui per ragioni umide, l'hotel dispone di molte zone di gioco libero all'interno per tenere i bambini occupati. Camminando di distanza ai parchi tematici. La camera è bella, i bambini amano il letto di bunker. Ci è una scatola di Lego per tenerli divertiti. Gli appartamenti che hanno offerto doccia e shampoo combinato, sarebbe meglio fornire anche lozione corporea. Si consiglia di rimanere per almeno 2 giorni.

Room spacious, not bad location. Just next to hotel variety of food can be found. Massage place also nearby, convenient. Housekeeping and front desk staff friendly and useful. Good job!! Rooftop pool was amazing, beautiful view of the harbour...!!

l'hotel è abbastanza vicino alla strada principale, facile da individuare e accedere dentro e fuori. Con prezzi ragionevoli, l'hotel offre molto da contrattare. La stanza assegnata è abbastanza pulita con alcuni set regalo di benvenuto gratuiti di base. Nel complesso, non vediamo l'ora del nostro prossimo viaggio qui.

Il servizio è molto buono per la ricezione 24 ore, anche io controllo a mezzanotte essi tengono ancora spazio per me. Prenoto per una camera singola molto unica, vwry adatto per quei viaggi da soli per viaggi da soli per lavoro. La torcia da denti è stata fornita, ho dimenticato di portare la mia. Raccomandare di portare la tua tovagliola perché la loro tovagliola bianca sembra sporca. Nearby numerosi ristoranti, negozio Malay, hamburger stall anche Self service Dobi e anche 99 speedmart appena il prossimo negozio.

Hotel room is clean , has a big pool and gym. However unpleasant service experience Upon check-in at the hotel, the receptionist told us that the breakfast would be served from 6:30am to 11am at level 5. My husband and I were quite surprised with the timing and we still double confirm if its till 11am. The answer was certainly. We wrote down the infor ar the room card holder infront the receptionist. Next day, we went down our breakfast around 10:15am. We informed the staff our room number before we proceed to the table. The staff told us “ you have only 10 mins left”. I was in a shocked and asked why is it 10 mins left. He said the breakfast will be closed at 10:30am. I pointed at the board outside the restaurant which stated “6:30am - 11:00am” and told him that the receptionist informed us till 11am. He said he doesn’t know, but it’s 10:30am and he proceeded to do his stuffs. We didn’t want to argue further, just want to quickly grab our breakfast. There were limited food left , but had few stations provided noodles and eggs that they will cook upon request. I then ordered my noodles, but no one serve me. I walked to the egg section and ordered eggs. The lady told me “sorry we closed already”. I only took a few breads and returned to my table and shared what I have encountered to my husband. My husband went to order the egg for me again and got same reply. But he looked at his watch and showed them the timing which was 10:24am. The chef just looked at my husband without reply to him a single word and left the station through the door behind. We was being left infront of the counter and we waited for 5 mins , still no one return to the station counter. Feeling so pissed off with their attitude and unprofessional service. We went back to our table to have our breads. At around 10:41 which 20 mins later after we ordered the food, one of the waiter brought the eggs to us and left it on our table. Ramada is a large hotel chain and owned by Wyndham , operates around the world. I stayed their hotel in Singapore, Bangkok and Indonesia and never encounter such issues before. Kind of disappointed.

Camera pulita e completamente attrezzata con le esigenze del viaggiatore. Spogliatoi, pasta dentale, acqua in bottiglia, caffè, tè, shampoo, lavaggio del corpo, asciugacapelli. Questo hotel serve anche bevande di benvenuto gratis, 3 tipi di titbit, tè di limone di ghiaccio, caffè per prendere completamente gratis. Questo hotel ha superato il livello di servizio offerto come hotel di bilancio, e ho lasciato il mio inalatore nella stanza quando l'uscita e la cameriera l'ha portata a terra e l'ho riportata a me. Raccomando vivamente questo hotel per chi cerca alloggi al di sotto di 100. Valore per soldi.

Counter staffs are excellent and professional. I stayed from 10-13 March in 11012. I like to visit this hotel everytime we come to Legoland. This hotel is the best in Johor Legoland. Highly recommended for families going to legoland. Walking distance about 5-7mins walk.

Location and facilities were great but let down by the stench coming from the common toilet which cause the whole room to smell too. The Good:: - Main bedroom bed was larger than a normal King size bed. It's either an Euro King or Super King size Comes with Nespresso coffee machine, washing, machine, dryer and dishwasher. Good for longer stay and self cooking. Area of Improvement:: (had feedback to counter staff) - Toilet was clean and tidy so suspect that the stench either came from the ventilation vents or the clogged pipes. Smell affect the whole room so had to close the toilet doors. - Main bedroom toilet sink was also clogged - Trip.Com showed 3 King size bed in description but 2 bedroom deluxe only comes with 1 x King and 2x Single. So it's misleading.

The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpfull. Thank you to Executive Puan Sarimah Sapwi on your kind helpfull. I was here attending company training. What I want to say is it the ballroom is very spacious and comfort. The room ia a sound proof. The food is very good and deliciuos. It is variety and very tastefully. The High tea also very good especially a mee goreng mamak. Overal is very good.
