We chose this hotel as we needed to be close to QMC for a couple of days (less than 10 mins walk). From start to finish the experience was great. The staff were lovely - nothing was too much trouble. Lovely, spacious room overlooking the lake and wonderful bird spotting. Great to be able to park free of charge and walk to QMC. Breakfast excellent value and a great choice. Buses into Nottingham from the top of the road. Our No 1 choice for our next visit.

Un hotel molto moderno e pulito. È eccellente colazione con una grande selezione di buffet caldo e freddo - le uova scrammate sono raccomandate! vari pane fresco e pasticceria anche disponibile. Siamo stati in una camera superiore e c'è stato un costo aggiuntivo di 10 sterline per notte per un letto di campeggio per bambini che non è menzionato al momento della prenotazione. La stanza era pulita con 4 caffè Nespresso che sono stati riempiti ogni giorno, anche se hanno continuato a riempire con decaffe! Due bottiglie d'acqua all'arrivo non sono riempite e nessun frigo nella stanza. Surprensibile il bar e il ristorante non sono i migliori per le famiglie. Non hanno alcun menu per i bambini, quindi le opzioni alimentari sono molto limitate per i bambini più giovani, abbiamo scelto un panino di canna e formaggio che la cucina ha fatto soprattutto. In generale, un grande soggiorno e rimarremo ancora una volta, nonostante questi piccoli problemi che potrebbero essere facilmente migliorati.

Room very out dated and disappointing, loud bathroom fan that kept me up all night and no plug next to the bed (only on the other side of the room). Tea tray is tucked in to a cupboard with a false drawer so is dangerous when opened as you don't expect the whole cupboard to open on your arm. Breakfast was disappointing, both hot and cold selection were dry as if they had been sat for a long time. Not what you expect for £130 mid week stay. Only positive was the great staff at breakfast who were very friendly. Would not come back to this hotel if I was in the area.

This is a basic hotel the few of the amenities you might get elsewhere. But at £50 for the night all my needs were met. As others have stated it’s a bit quirky having to arrange a booking in time but the place is otherwise unstaffed. The bed was clean and comfy, warm too as it was -1 outside. If all you want is somewhere to lay your head for the night then it’s very nice. I was in one of the upper rooms and the en-suite toilet was a of the macerator variety - no paper down the loo. But this did not distract from the overall stay.

Never thought I would review this Premier Inn, as I only live five minutes away from it, but as we were having work done at home and also needed to get on with work, it seemed like a good idea. We went for the Premier Plus rooms to have a bit more space- worth it if you need to work- maybe not if you're just crashing for the night. We also did this so that we would have access to the Ultimate wifi and not be relying on the PI's notoriously dodgy free wifi. Ultimate was also glitchy but it was adequate for what we needed. Continuously having to log in and out was a pain, however. Anyway, the room was great and very quiet, especially as we stayed over what was liable to be a noisy weekend night (you only have to walk past this hotel on a Sunday morning and see who is coming out to know it is the base camp for party central!) Knowing also how noisy the road is, as we live further up it, we also felt hermetically sealed- couldn't hear the traffic or street noise at all. Bliss compared to the screaming, shouting, car horns we normally listen to at 2am! Breakfast was the usual Premier Inn fare- does what it says on the tin and I do appreciate being able to make my own toast (bad experience in a much more expensive hotel around the corner the previous week, with cold/forgotten/wrong type of toast!). Staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again in our next stage of refurb..

Abbiamo prenotato una camera gemella e è stato aggiornato in una camera da giardino che è stata una bella sorpresa! Tutti nell'hotel sono molto gentili e utile, servizio sorprendente! La camera stessa era molto pulita ma media (mi ricorda di essere in un hotel mariotta nella stanza). Abbiamo quasi avuto un sonno, perché abbiamo sentito le persone sopra di noi camminare intorno / abbattere e le porte sbattere in mezzo alla notte e a 6.30am le persone parlavano alla porta accanto. Le pareti sembrano molto sottili (per questo lo sto dando un 4/5). La selezione per la colazione è stata limitata in modo specifico per 17 sterline.
