L'esperienza nel complesso è stata buona, siamo rimasti solo poche ore la notte per dormire. Il servizio clienti è stato buono.
L'unico problema era la bassa pressione della doccia, altrimenti la camera e il bagno erano puliti.

Si tratta di un hotel della catena che fornisce servizi e strutture standard. La stanza è pulita, grande e silenziosa. Il bagno è pulito ma un po' vecchiotto. La colazione è impressionante. Tutto il personale è giovane, disponibile e cordiale. La posizione è buona, a 10-12 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Nottingham. Il prezzo è buono C'è un bar al piano terra se hai problemi di sonno.
Alla reception è stato allestito un bar con acqua rinfrescante che è impressionante.
Il check-in si effettua tutti i giorni alle 15:00, sarebbe meglio se fosse possibile anticiparlo.

The location is great, it’s close to the train station, which is convenient for us. The room is also very nice and tidy. Love this hotel brand a lot.

Clean Hotel and nice entrance lobby.
Rooms are basic but comfortable and everything you need for a short stay.
Limited bar but a nice environment to have a sit and chat. 15 minute walk to the town centre and no car park.
Overall a good stay and would return.

Hotel location is very convenient, being within 10min walking distance of Nottingham station. The room was spacious and clean. The staff had missed out on the hairdryer but delivered it up promptly once we had informed them. Note that the keycards don't work very well. We left a keycard in the room and brought the other card out but found that the room couldn't be opened... This seems to be common as there was another lady at the concierge facing the same problem. The room cleaning was... Interesting, if you could call cleaning in a way which makes you question if anything had been cleaned cleaning. Sadly the hotel did not provide room slippers. There was free orange juice and water at the lobby though.
