Debbie + Sylvia on reception couldn’t be more polite and helpful nothing was to much hassle. The stay was great. Premium rooms are very comfortable and have a lovely view of the river and city. The breakfast was always well stocked and taste good. Thank you premier inn

Staff (especially Debbie Dray) were exceptionally kind and helpful Lovely clean room although Premier Inn need to invest in better bath drainage in room 23 Excellent restaurant service although Premier Inn need to invest in revamp Thankyou to all hardworking staff

The staff absolutely made our stay what a credit Mya and Debbie are to premier inn. Very helpful with advising us where to go and what transport to get . Room was clean and comfortable. Didn’t have breakfast so can not comment . Although drinks at the bar in the evening nice atmosphere and view of the river lit up .

great spot ( overlooking the river), great rooms (premier plus) , great service, plenty of parking.... big shout out to the hotel team, in particular.....Debbie & June on reception whe we checked in, they were both fantastic helping us with some minor issues.....................a credit to Premier Inn..

Medicocre. 2 Premier Plus rooms - all are on the top floor and river facing. Some nice touches. Needs some updating. Rooms on the small side. Some excellent staff. Wonderful beds and bedding. Fairly good bathroom. Nice view. Handy, central location. Excellent breakfast, good times served, great value, fresh and large, diverse choice off food and drink. Plenty of seating and different styles of tables, seating and decor, some outside bench table seating with lovely river views. See some wonderful wild life. Some excellent staff. Good luggage storage.

Lovely hotel. Excellent efficient receptionists Debbie and Mya. Great parking. Good central location. Great breakfast in restaurant. Would recommend for a night out in Norwich as good price for easy parking and such a good location. Restaurant staff were also great, friendly and efficient

Went with my husband for a friend's wedding which was nearby, chose this venue because of onsite parking, comfy and clean and excellent service from Mya and Deb at reception they were so lovely and helpful! Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Really lovely stay at this hotel , second time I have stayed . Good helpful staff on the front desk Mya and Debbie were very helpful , lovely view of the river and great breakfast and parking Will stay again in November when I come back to Norwich with my family .

Check in staff was lovely , rooms was very nice and clean everything you need for a nights stay , bathroom wasn’t so good bath had a stain running down from the taps found lots of hairs in the bath , bath mat had black marks on it , sink had bits stuck to the inside and a few hairs , round the edge of the bathroom there was loads of hairs in the corners

We had to wait until 11:30am for our room to be ready even though we paid for early check in which allows you to check in at 11am. The room was dusty, the fridge section looked to have not been dusted or wiped in a couple years. You could see the dust in the air also. Felt rushed.

First time at this hotel and first time booking Premier Plus room. Very comfy room and quiet. Worth the Plus price just for an espresso machine, fast wifi and an iron in the room. Good nights sleep. Staff are just lovely and very helpful with recommendations on where to go and what to see on a short visit. Parking fee is reasonable but as others have said the carpark needs better lighting at night. The restaurant however lets down this hotel. It needs a radical refurb or at least a thorough deep clean. Floors and tables are 'sticky', surfaces full of dust, cutlery and crockery not cleaned properly. Breakfast looks unappetising and dinner portion was tiny for the money. Stains on chair seats and the carpets looks like they have not been cleaned for decades. Some staff do not represent a clean and professional image, unlike the staff in the hotel. If you are looking for a comfortable nights sleep stay here but go somewhere else to eat. Lots of lovely cafes and restaurants nearby.

I visited this premier inn June 2024 and it was horrendous Visited 4 nights April/May 2025 and what a turnaround Staff fantastic especially Ami and Sandra. Groover has been hear at least 20 years when as a Norfolk person I started coming in (now live in London) Anyway a very very pleasant experience and massive improvement on last year
