Hotel a Nongsa, Kabil

Recommended by a friend, it is my first time staying at Best Western Panbil, Batam and it is exceeded my expectation. The team prepared a birthday surprise in the room with baloon and cake. It was so pretty and memorable. A nice touch! Thank you! We visited ARTrium and Eco Farm which within the premises of the hotel. We tried the Gelato and loved it! There is a supermarket, complete with a wide range of products, very convenient. The room is spacious, minibar included with a good variety from alcoholic & non alcoholic beverages and some snacks. The bed is SUPER comfortable. I personally love the amenities especially the shower gel with Lemongrass Ginger, relaxing and calming. The staffs are very friendly and shout out to Pak Ade for the hospitality. Definitely recommend to my friends and family!

Ho avuto una splendida esperienza presso il Panbil Residence Apartment Batam. Ogni membro del personale che ho incontrato, dal valletto al check-in al personale di pulizia erano felici e ansiosi di aiutare! Il personale di front desk è estremamente efficiente, piacevole e utile. Così questo era un grande plus.La stanza era comoda e pulita. Hanno un autobus gratuito per tre grandi centri. Il buffet per la colazione è piuttosto buono. Grazie, inviare un amico lì!

Il tavolo vicino al letto ha un rumore e il personale ci ha detto che è probabilmente il topo dietro di lui,.. la lama è così terribile e intorno... Il doccia è peggiore quando durante la stagione delle piogge si rimproverano del tempo per la mancanza di acqua calda. Per chiunque si accorgerà, si prega di controllare la stanza prima del pagamento o altrimenti non si preoccupano di fare un cambio di stanza per voi.

Viaggiando con 2 bambini mia moglie non sapeva cosa aspettarsi di guidare il resort Nongsa, ma che oasi. La marina è una vista da vedere, letteralmente sul passo della porta, la piscina è un tipo di laguna che si estende oltre 25 metri e le viste attraverso l'oceano sono insoddisfacenti. Il nostro alloggio era un cappello, 2 camere da letto su 2 livelli.Era molto pulito, se un po' indossato, ma conteneva tutte le attrezzature per permetterti di essere sufficiente. Si consiglia di ottenere alcuni articoli per immagazzinare la pantria se hai bisogno, perché il più vicino mart è a pochi click da. Anche se c'era un mini mart sul sito. Il buffet colazione era sorprendente con una forte selezione di preferiti locali. Non possiamo raccomandare Nongsa Marina Resort abbastanza alto. Valore per i soldi e sicuramente tornare.

Batam View Beach Resort was recently refurbished, so hallways and rooms have an updated look with dark wood hues giving it a bit of modernness. The building has also been given a fresh cost of white paint, giving it a fresh feeling. The gaudy light signboard no longer adorns the main entrance. Despite the updates, the property occasionally exudes tiredness: the signage at the entrance is really dated and when we first saw it, we had some apprehension on how the experience would be (think wildness school camping). But our fears were unfounded as the entered the property: it was clean and modern enough for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink. It was a refreshing welcoming from the warm weather outside. The chairs in the restaurant were tired and the chairs were sunken a little uncomfortable to sit. It would have been if they could be updated for a more comfortable experience. Now on to the food, we had lunch, breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Lunch was pretty standard but nothing to shout about. There was rice, soup, noodle and other sides, fruits and desserts that while palatable, again were nothing to rave about. During lunch, the only weird encounter I had was with the chocolate jelly; chocolate does not do well in a jelly. Breakfast was buffet style. The staff at the entrance will ask for your room number before being let in for breakfast. It was a fuss free experience. The buffet breakfast had typical fare such as rice, noodles, porridge, bread, cereal and an egg station with the usual fare you see at breakfast. There’s a kelong within the property which serves up pretty decent seafood if you want something nearby and do not want to travel out. For dinner, as it was a team event, they set the area near the pool to be an open space buffet for dinner with a stage for the activities. While the experience was good and fun (food again was average), I cannot imagine the noise pollution for the other guests staying on the property. The party went on to the night at about 10pm, and I spotted a couple of guests coming out of their rooms to see what was happening. So, if you are staying here for leisure, something to take note of. They have a little pet / animal corner which I wanted to check out but had not time to do so We had a room on the second floor. The hallway was brightly lit and due to the recent refurbishment, it was a pleasant environment. Upon entering the room, we were greeted with a clean room with 2 beds. There was ample of space to hang clothes and a luggage space for 2 medium luggage. The closet was open, basically just a pole above the luggage space with about 6 hangers provided. Housekeeping was good, but not excellent as there a strand of long hair in one of the pillow cases, and there was a little bit of dust on the shelves. Simple resort tucked away in the north eastern corner of batam. Takes 40+min by taxi to reach batam city if you want. They no longer offer shuttle bus to city. They do not allow food delivery(grabfood) so your only options for food is their own restaurants. Staff are friendly enough, though you quickly realise that everything comes at a cost(small bucket of ice is IDR25000!) Rooms are clean and simply decorated, not sure if it's intentional but my room did not have a mini fridge? Couples beware, bed types are first come first serve, we got a room with 2 single beds that could not be pushed together(you can get creative and sleep on the floor like our neighbours) Privacy is OK, but the outdoor patio is visible to your next door neighbours. Toilet choked on the first morning, their staff came by within 15mins to clear it. Food in all the restaurants were generally ok. Not amazing, not bad. Shuttle bus back to the ferry terminal on checkout was organised and timely. Overall, it was a smidge over 'ok'
