È un'atmosfera fantastica! È stato bello potersi rilassare per la prima volta dopo tanto tempo! Le sorgenti termali erano belle, ma temevo che potessero essere visibili dall'esterno.

L'hotel è un po' vecchiotto, ma il comfort generale è abbastanza buono ed è bello potersi immergere nelle sorgenti termali.

Wow! This place was fantastic! The staff are all courteous and professional. The hotel rooms are really clean, and the atmosphere is so relaxing and tranquil. I really enjoyed the nature vibes, and the river view by the window is perfect! The sound of the water flow and birds chirping made it to be a great night's sleep. The morning scenery is even better. I have no complaints. It was a great place to stop and rest and admire your surroundings. Take advantage of the swimming pool and the hot springs. (FYI: No tattoos allowed in case you have any, so you won't be alarmed when you see the sign.) Otherwise, everything was great about my stay! ☺️

Un prix relativement élevé pour le standing de l’hôtel. Les chambres sont vieillissantes et donc la propreté aussi. Le personnel est quant à lui merveilleux.

Comfortable and value for money. The hotel is quite big. It has 2 big ofuro (Onsen). One on the 2nd floor and the other on the 3rd. The one in the 2nd is bigger and therefore more relaxing. They have a small shop selling drinks and omiyage on the third floor near the reception. The staff is quite friendly and helpful. The view from the room to the river is very nice too.

The room was large and very pleasant - and very Japanese in layout and bedding... The staff was incredible - going out of their way to make us comfortable and help out. Booked a private onsen which was outdoors under a roof in a big rainstorm - delightful experience. And the little counter shop in the bottom floor had great food and a wonderful woman running it - even if we had no Japanese schools and she had little English - but made us feel completely at home. The only thing to note is that you will be out into Japan away from the big cities - communication is harder (heavy use of google translate - including with the staff). Just a heads up for those that are uncomfortable in that situation
