Room was big and comfortable. Hotel is just opposite Piccadilly Train Station and 8 mins walk to city centre.

Stayed for 3 nights with my wife, overall nice hotel and enjoyed it. Things we liked; staff were helpful and friendly, hotel aesthetic was great, rooms large and well designed, bar and grill area very nice with good food. Things that could have been better; hotel breakfast is not great and not worth it vs others, the continental spread was minimal and pastries poor quality, only ate there once then decided to eat at other places outside hotel on rest of mornings. Also kettle in our room wasn't working, we called down for it and no one ever showed up to fix or replace. Also there was a foul smell coming from shower/ toilet drainage that was quite strong, shower was dirty. Small things that can easily be rectified with a bit more attention to detail.

I tried the restaurant here but not really worth for it. Overall the experience was good. Recommended to stay in here

Amazing hotel. Have been staying here for years but mainly the Leeds hotel. The Manchester location is brilliant and central. The rooms are beautiful and clean. Definitely our first choice when staying in cities.

An amazing hotel with an amazing lady ❤️‍🔥😍 prob 1 of the most nicest hotels I have stayed in and trust I have stayed in many over the 9 years of us being together! 5 star for me without a doubt next time I come though I want to experience the grill as we ate out due to it being v day n all but defo plan to return in Aug oh and loving the table service at the hotel bar 🥰 also the lovely staff grab you a cab so you don’t have to worry haha in there words “we don’t mess about here” love it my lady had the best time
