Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel a Nizza durante le vacanze della Festa Nazionale. Gli spazi comuni erano molto francesi e accoglienti, il personale della reception era molto cordiale e attento e la colazione era molto abbondante, lasciandoci ricordi meravigliosi. Tuttavia, l'aspetto negativo è che è un po' lontano dal centro storico, a circa 20 minuti a piedi, e anche la metropolitana per l'aeroporto è a circa 20 minuti di distanza. Inoltre, forse perché la camera tripla era poco affollata, la pulizia era nella media e i servizi erano un po' datati.

The hotel is located near Niceville Station downtown, so it's easy to move around and breakfast is delicious. It's a hotel I want to visit again when I come to Nice. All employees are kind and great customer service is the best. I love you, everyone!!!

Super welcoming staff. Nice apartment all equipped which is bigger than what I expected. Good amenities. Location close to the station. Only negative are the curtains which are super light, the room was all bright with the street lights at night.

The room is clean and tidy. Felts comfortable here. Staffs are nice and helpful. The train station just 5mins to go. I will stay here if I back to Marseille.

Maison Lamartine is a find.  Building has a lovely garden, cozy living room in the lobby, and my apartment was clean, with good size rooms, and fully equipped kitchen with plates, cups, utensils, pots/pans.  Staff is the sweetest.  Every member of this staff was helpful and thoughtful throughout my stay.  My only gripe was the few steps from street to lobby, but staff helped me with my luggage.  There is an elevator in the building.  Small, but clean and size could fit my 2 carry-on and checked luggage’s.  Location is close to trams 1&2, train station, and shopping ***** on Jean Medecin — Nice Etoile shopping mall is pretty.

前台很熱情 一樓是接待處 還有花園 打桌球的地方 住的房間不僅有廚房 鍋碗瓢盆啥都有 很不錯

前台親切，供應的早餐很豐富也好吃，距離逛街地點只隔一條街，但隔音很好，晚上也安靜，買東西吃東西非常方便。

感謝公寓的工作人員在我們晚上11點到達又沒有正常收到入住密鑰短訊時仍然從睡夢中起來幫忙開門。這家公寓酒店位置不錯，離Nice Ville火車站走路大概不到10分鐘，離尼斯老城商圈衹有一條街的距離，去超市買食材相當方便，周圍也比較安全。公寓離海邊略遠，但也就是走路不到20分鐘的距離。乾淨、簡約、服務周到，性價比很高的一家公寓酒店。

超級驚喜的酒店 地理位置很好，去哪裡都很方便。 房間裏有準備拖鞋，這很讓人驚喜。 每天的早餐都非常美味，請大家一定要預訂早餐，絕對是值得的！ 服務人員的態度都非常好，她記得我和我的朋友，並且每天都笑臉相迎。 最後一天因為我們要早起趕飛機，早餐七點鐘就送到房間裏了，真的非常感謝 在尼斯的每一天都非常開心，下次來尼斯玩還會預訂這裏！ 喜歡這裏的一切❤️

位置很好，距離火車站很近，海邊步行大概15分鐘，晚上十點之後走路略黑。 房間整體很乾凈，但是設施有點老了，馬桶圈快要掉了。 工作人員都很好，我們火車晚點，入住都已經快11點了，staff也很快幫忙開門，非常感謝！

這個房間廁所裏的下水道是堵住的，一開水就會堵，地上就會積滿水，完全沒辦法用水，對於尼斯那麼熱的夏天是非常不方便的
