Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 notti. La prenotazione includeva sia il trasferimento che la colazione. Infatti: il bonifico è pagato (300.000), la colazione non è stata fatta (2 pezzi). Posto tranquillo, linea 4, probabilmente non vicino alla strada dove ci sono infiniti motorini. Pertanto il prezzo è inferiore rispetto ad altri hotel. Per viaggi economici. La mattina del secondo giorno (il primo giorno ho attivato la funzione Non disturbare), 3 cameriere sono arrivate di corsa alle 9 del mattino. Probabilmente perché è al 1° piano (3° in altezza), hanno cambiato gli asciugamani e la biancheria, ci hanno dato l'acqua e hanno lavato i pavimenti. Ragazze sorridenti e amichevoli. Il mio consiglio: se ti fanno pagare per servizi gratuiti, raccogli le ricevute. Per poi mostrare all'operatore il viaggio dei tuoi sogni. Ti auguro il meglio))

Отель на 3*, никак не на 4. Но цена и качество соответствует

이런 호텔을 올리는건 아니지요? 파산했다고하고, 본인들은 온라인예약을 안받는다고 하고... 간판은 새거로 달아놓고, 불도 안켜놓고 정작 호텔에 들어가면 다른 호텔이름이 있고.. 사기 아닌가요?

Service de chambre excellent, chambre propre et moyennement grande. Le prix est abordable et pas cher. La clientèle est plutôt chinoise qu'européenne.

Đặt ks này chuyển sang khách sạn khác trong hẻm nhỏ , tiếp tân ok nhưng chuyển khách đi chỗ ở khác là k thích hợp cho lắm

Khách sạn rộng, đẹp và nhân viên nhiệt tình, đặc biệt bãi xe ô tô đậu rộng.

酒店基本沒有熱水，第一次住酒店竟然沒有熱水的

The staff couldn’t be bothered to offer any form of assistance. They were rude, unhelpful, and seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than addressing guest concerns. On top of that, they made inappropriate comments and smirked when we asked for help

This hotel has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The staff were disrespectful, laughing when I tried to ask for help and treating me as if my concerns were a joke. I’ve never felt so disrespected as a guest. Customer service is non-existent at this hotel. The staff were rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. They laughed at our requests and didn’t bother to help at all. I will never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Beware!!! They charged me extra upon check out, stating the "online prices were incorrect." I extended in person a night (also stating I was good to stay longer) before my original check out, and they still proceeded to lock me out telling me they sold my room already. So in the end, I feel pretty disappointed in their services. They didn't even seem to care the shower was clogged and not fixed until three nights after I arrived. Will never stay here again!
