DO NOT STAY HERE. I was unfortunate enough to choose this hotel. The staff member took our passports upon check in. When we got them back we never noticed he held onto my passport. We stayed 3 nights and checked up, got a sleeper train to Hoi A before realising it was missing. - the hotel does not respond to emails, and they very rarely answer the phone. We had the lovely lady at our hotel in Hoi A chase them up every day and the man who stole my passport when AWOL. I threatened them with the police and he finally got back in touch telling us he had posted it and it will be with us in 3 days. We waited 3 days and still nothing, we phoned again and asked for proof. Because the police were involved he finally sent it after holding onto it for nearly a week. The hotel owner/manager never phoned once to help me or to apologise. - please stay away from here and avoid the possibility of a stressful event which could ruin your holiday.
