Artnest Hotel is the best accommodations where I ‘ve never been it before in Nha Trang. Reasons are location, cleanliness, feel like your home and friendly staff. Location: Hotel is located on center of Main Road. It was easily for transportation. Moreover, the hotel also closed to two big hyper markets, winmart You can find anything you want at there: fresh food, restaurants, bakeries,..etc. Cleanliness: Artness hotel was very clean in all rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living room. Feel like your home: there are everything in this hotel.

Good hotel, comfy beds. 30 min massage for 1 person for free (they try to let you book for another 30 minutes or book 1 extra for another person which is pricey). Breakfast is very nice, although only till 10.00, we really want to sleep out on a vacation so sadly we couldn't. Location was nice. Enjoyed my stay

I made a reservation in a hurry to take a short break on the check-out day. The location was good, the service was good when I checked in, and it was convenient for me to move my luggage. However, if it was a reservation for lodging, it would have been quite unpleasant because there was a hair on the bed and hygiene problems such as finding a small cockroach on the desk. If the hotel staff sees it, please pay attention to the hygiene check again

I really liked this hotel. Ideally located. 5 minutes to the beach, and in the center of all the tourist life of Nha Trang. The breakfasts are not very diverse, but I was quite satisfied. I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It can be seen that the renovation was recent, but the room is dirty. To go to the cafe on the roof to have a snack and drink something, you need to inform the reception so that the cafe staff will come. And then you need to contact the reception again so that the staff will come back and bill you. This is completely inconvenient)

Very convenient location! Nice swimming pool on the rooftop. Helpful English speaking stuff, who are ready to help even with non-hotel related issues (lost and found belongings). Breakfast is rich and diversified

Отель замечательный, мы продлили своё проживание до 22 дней, повысили нам категорию номера,с шикарным видом на море,очень уютный,чистый,большой номер. Завтраки отличные,разнообразные. Обслуживание на высоком уровне. Особую Благодарность хотим выразить сотрудникам рецепшена, за долгое проживание в отеле подарили два сертификата в спа. Очень приятно, массаж ног хороший. На рецепшене работают профессионаные, добрые, улыбчивые, уважительные, понимающие,ВНИМАТЕЛЬНЫЕ менеджеры. Очень хочется выразить свою БЛАГОДАРНОСТЬ ВСЕМ. Особую Благодарность Юли за помощь, поддержку, беспокойство, внимание. Рекомендуем всем этот отель. Обязательно вернёмся.

위치도 시설도 맘에 듭니다. 전반적으로 깔끔한 느낌이라 마음에 들었습니다 조식으로 나오는 과일 종류도 많아서 좋네요.

일단 방크기도 크고 환하고 조용했습니다. 무엇보다 침구류가 정말 깨끗했고 식사할때 주방장님께서 메뉴 설명도 해주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 수영장은 엄청 크진 않지만 샤워실이나 복층으로 옥상의 썬배드도 있어서 여유로웠습니다. 다시 예약하고 싶네요.

호털 위치는 시내쪽에 있어서 움직이는 동선은 좋았습니다 시설도 적당한 정도고요 다만 청소를 깨끗하게 해주진 않더라고요 3박하는동안 침대보와 이불 한번도 갈아주지 않았고요 핸드타올도 썬던걸 그냥 다시 개서 나두고 청소도 휴지 같은게 떨어져 있던걸 완벽히 치우지 못하더라고요
