This was a very nice hotel. Rooms are clean and neat. Staffs were helpful and supportive, especially Eddie Hu. Look for him if you need help in English. Breakfast is good with variety of food. I will definitely come back.

This hotel location very far from Metro station, around 1.5-2km. And very far from shopping street and not easy to find foods. This hotel looks like a new hotel condition, Room very spacious and clean. Have free washing and drying machine. Internet very poor connection. You cannot work here if your works need internet connection. But so far, price vs quality very worthed to stay in this hotel. I still recommend others to stay in this hotel.

The hotel was nicer than I anticipated. The for event I was attending, the local was very nice. I really enjoyed the heated toilet seat in the room. I was also impressed to see a bar in the hotel lobby.

The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable to stay. But you do not need to take the breakfast, because the breakfast very poor, very little menu to had the breakfast and coffee machine cannot in use / broken. Thank you.

從火車東站打車20來分鐘，去西湖景區也就10多分鐘。位置可以，性價比很高。很喜歡酒店户外的座位設計，白天和晚上坐在那裡喝一杯聊聊天，很愜意。杭州來了許多次，不想去人多的地方就漫步到大運河邊打卡觀景，還可以坐船，很不錯喲。

五一小長假帶着父母長輩一起來杭州。一直很喜歡逸扉這個品牌，在上海業主過兩次。此次入住杭州大拱墅大運河這家，房間面積更大，床品舒適，打掃乾淨，衞浴設備都很好，淋浴的水温和水花都很舒服，mini bar 小零食免費贈送。父母長輩都還挺滿意的。還能延時退房😁 打車非常便捷隔壁就有一家江南紅樓着急覓食，隨意walk in的，沒想到那麼很好吃，居然去了第二次

清明假期自駕來玩，第一次入住前台小姐姐很貼心給升級了房型，免費停車，車庫車位很充足。房間空間超大，裝修簡約大氣，室內環境很乾凈，床品很舒適，整體非常上檔次。全屋也是智能控制，有智能馬桶和戴森吹風機，洗澡水壓很穩定而且水温速熱，住了兩晚總的來説體驗非常好，下次再來還會選擇這裏。

酒店隸屬凱悦集團旗下品牌，品質還是很不錯的。酒店很好找，住店可以免費停車，大堂很大，想拿着電腦處理工作無需再找咖啡館了。酒店這個位置雖説不在鬧市，但吃吃喝喝也還算方便，房價性價比還是不錯的，房間挺大很乾凈，床品也舒服，住着感覺挺舒服的，衞生間乾濕分離空間不侷促，服務也都挺好。需要提醒一下，如果非常怕吵儘量不要住五樓，樓下好像有個麻將館。
