Ci siamo trovati molto bene. L'hotel ha organizzato gratuitamente il trasporto da e per la stazione dei treni. La camera era molto spaziosa e funzionale, eccetto per le prese di corrente; senza l'adattatore specifico abbiamo potuto utilizzare solo la presa del bagno. C'è una grande finestra che affaccia sulle montagne e su edifici in costruzione. La nostra camera era al secondo piano e non c'è l'ascensore però ci hanno aiutato a postare su le valigie. Colazione solo cinese ma c'era il latte. Come posizione non è dentro il centro storico ma si arriva a piedi facilmente camminando 10 minuti.

Buoni i servizi come la macchina per l’ossigeno e il trasferimento in aeroporto. Pulizia passabile. Colazione scarsa per standard occidentali. 10 minuti a piedi dalla città vecchia

In generale è un posto davvero carino dove stare. Forniscono anche ossigeno e pavimento riscaldato. L'unica parte negativa. Nessuno ci ha insegnato come usare il telecomando. È davvero complesso

Il servizio fornito dal fratellino è stato molto buono e ha aiutato a trasportare i bagagli. C'era un servizio di ritiro e riconsegna per il check-in. I tre gatti del negozio erano molto carini. Spero che la colazione sia completa Avrò l'opportunità di soggiornare nuovamente qui la prossima volta.

Questo è uno di quei casi in cui hanno chiaramente cercato di fare più di quello che sapevano... Cominciamo dagli aspetti positivi: è un hotel dall'aspetto gradevole, con un design gradevole e camere belle. Le camere sono ben attrezzate per il comfort, ma io non ne ho avute... Diverse cose non hanno funzionato come avrebbero dovuto: prima di tutto il water era uno di quei water automatici che ora si trovano ovunque negli hotel di fascia media in Cina, ma questo si scaricava sempre non appena ci si avvicinava. E lo scarico era troppo forte, quindi usciva un po' d'acqua, il che è fastidioso se è acqua sporca... Il materasso del letto era riscaldato abbastanza forte (il che non era necessario perché la stanza aveva il riscaldamento a pavimento), quindi abbiamo provato di tutto per spegnerlo senza successo. Abbiamo provato davvero di tutto... Stavamo sudando così tanto che abbiamo persino deciso di rimuovere la carta della stanza dal porta-carta per disattivare tutto... Ma che ci crediate o no, non ha funzionato... un'altra cosa fastidiosa è che la doccia non era separata dal water. Quindi quando fai la doccia, bagni il water e il pavimento tutto intorno al water, quindi ogni volta che vai in bagno ti bagni i piedi, e poi quando cammini con i piedi bagnati sul pavimento della stanza ti sporchi i piedi perché il pavimento della stanza non era perfettamente pulito. A proposito, il pavimento della stanza era anche un po' irregolare, il che sembra essere un effetto del riscaldamento a pavimento che era un po' troppo forte in alcuni punti. Ah, inoltre la TV non funzionava, e si sono offerti di ripararla, ma ho rifiutato. Tutti questi sono problemi minori, ma preferirei non avere questi "comfort" extra se non funzionano correttamente. Per il resto il servizio è stato buono, hanno cercato di essere d'aiuto e l'hotel si trova in un quartiere tranquillo.

This is an amazing city and we are so close to the heaven. The atmosphere of the city is wonderful and peaceful, the food and people are lovely. The location of the hotel is next to the famous shopping and sights seeing points. Many restaurants around the area. The staff are hardworking and willing to take care of your stay. A breakfast is included, the heathly green food , but no coffee served.

Thank you so much for the hospitality. We stay at this hotel for 3 nights. We order for double room but we got triple room. So beautiful. The room number is 303. All good! Happy with the services except for there is no lift. But no worries staff really helpful, they carry our bag to our room. Then, on the day check out, my mom forget and left the bag in the lobby hotel why we already go to the train station. The staff helping us and send the bag to the train station. So helpful! I want to pay to didi driver, but driver told already been paid. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

The hotel is nice and perfect!!! Staff contacted me a day before arrival to arrange pick up session at trai station. It is free! Strategic location, only 1km from ancient town. You can take a Didi which cost you around 8yuan. There are several good restaurant (muslim friendly as well), shops etc. I booked for queen size bed but the room has broken heated floor. Staff apologize and give me a twin sharing room instead. No issues as I travel alone. Room is big, clean and spacious. During checking out, staff offered a ride to railway station for free. Overall I recommend this hotel to all travellers.

Good customer services. Very clean room and quiet too. Near to the old town within walking district. They have free afternoon tea and free service to airport or train station

We had a great 2 nights stay in this hotel. Our room is 205 it had a big window and the view is overlooking parts of the mountains. Outstanding! We love it so much! Fellow Malaysians I recommend you this hotel. Walking distance to old town and halal restaurants are easy to find on the way. I would like to express my gratitude to all the hotel staffs. They were really amazing and help us a lot during our stay. We felt so touch by their kind action. A nice guy staff even help us do the laundry. A nice beautiful lady Xian walk with us to show us halal yak’s meat restaurant and later bring us to the e-bike rental place. Xian also helps to call and arrange with our hotel in Lijiang. We practically asked her for help with everything 😆. During our stay in Shangri-la we went skiing at Shangri-la ski park and Napahai valley the next day.The hotel provide pickup and drop off service to the train station which we find it so convenient. Breakfast also nice i love the steamed Mantau. All hotels staff always smiling at us and we felt so welcome. Hotel room was clean and big and had nice view. We also had time for photo-shoot with the display costume at the lobby for free. Please choose this hotel you wont regret i promise you ❤️

The hotel is clean and beautiful. They also have furry friends meow meow. The room is beautiful and equipped with heat-floor functionality. They provide free transfer service to and from the train station too! Halal food just across the road and convenient store is just a 1-min walk. This hotel has no lift but the hotel staff will assist to bring up/down your luggage.
