È un peccato non aver avuto la possibilità di restare a causa dello sciopero dei treni che ha interessato il viaggio da Monaco a Bruxelles e siamo rimasti bloccati a Francoforte. Trip.com è stato utile e ha fatto del suo meglio per negoziare con l'hotel, tuttavia, l'hotel non ha risposto alla cancellazione di buona volontà. Non li biasimo per la perdita, ma qualcosa che dovrebbero davvero considerare per aiutare i viaggiatori poiché lo sciopero dei treni e i gravi ritardi sono abbastanza frequenti in Europa

stayed for 3nights. breakfast no variation. the reception could be more helpful and friendly. the cleaning personnel could be more meticulous, there were insufficient hand soap and bath shower on the second night. the complimentary bottled water only available upon arrival, should provide through the stay. the smart tv was useful to entertain my mum from crave for korean drama. overall experience ok.

Lovely hotel close to the Brussels Zuni’s/midi train station. Short walk to the Centre of city. Spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend. Absolutely no negatives

The room was clean and modern. A little small, but had what you need. The hotel is tugged away in a side street very close to the midi train station. Convenient and quiet at the same time

全体的にはとても満足でした！ まずはとても綺麗なお部屋、トイレもシャワーブースも綺麗でした。 備品は一泊するには十分でしたが、連泊される方には不足している部分もあるかも知れません。 部屋にはミニ冷蔵庫はありません。歯ブラシ、ガラスコップもありません。 ただし無料の水4本、ネスプレッソマシーン、紅茶パックがあり、ホテルの紙コップはありました。 南駅から徒歩圏内で主要な観光地にも近く便利でした。

房間對於3個人來説有點小，但乾淨、整潔 歐洲的酒店現在也很多有燒水壺，但這家沒有 可能因為離火車站近，周圍環境衹能説還好，離主要景點很近

房間不錯，但是門前廣場都是非法移民和流浪漢，我在賓館門前廣場30米被搶劫，手錶被搶走，還被咬傷，非常差的體驗，賓館應該提醒一下針對外國遊客的搶劫，但是這個賓館顯然沒有做到提醒。 再也不會來住了。
