Hotel in zona New Women Space, New York

Stavo con un amico in ottobre. Abbiamo una camera doppia nel secondo piano. Buono prezzo per il valore. Pulizia. Molto bene situato. Buono servizio. Conservazione dei bagagli. Bar. Personale amichevole. Esattamente quello che abbiamo bisogno.

Mio figlio e io abbiamo avuto la più incredibile esperienza! Io consiglierei William Vale a tutti i miei amici e famiglia. Le viste sul balcone al sole in estate sono assolutamente stupende. L'hotel offre molte attrazioni, tra cui un messaggio di benvenuto con il suo nome in televisione all'arrivo. Abbiamo chiamato per aver pulito la stanza e abbiamo parlato con l'individuo che ha detto che sarebbe tornata al momento che abbiamo chiesto, ma non è mai tornata. A parte quel piccolo hiccup, tutto è andato bene dal momento che abbiamo trascinato al valletto per scaricare il nostro bagaglio. Non c'è un hotel migliore per stare a Williamsburg lontano dal Valle William.

I stayed originally at this Hilton Garden Inn back in December 2017 (apologies for not leaving a review then!), and we had such a pleasant experience we did decide to come back the next time we visited NYC. The best thing about this Hilton Garden Inn is the close location to both Queens Plaza (literally 20 seconds walk away if you pick the correct subway entrance) and Queensboro Plaza (a little further, but only a few minutes walk) subway stations to get you into Manhattan within 10-15 minutes. This alone makes it so worth the price!! When I go on city breaks, my thing is to find hotels a little further out of the center but close to public transport links and it makes a huge difference in value - this is the absolute perfect fit to this rule for those who don't mind staying out of the center of Manhattan. In addition, I have never felt unsafe in the area that the Hotel is located in too, it's a busy public road very close to the hotel (you can't hear this from the room) so you're never in a quiet area alone if you're walking at night from the Subway. This is not a 5-star hotel so if you're looking for this it may not be your thing, but it is I think one of the best value hotels that can be found in the whole of New York City! When you compare the price of this hotel to other similar hotels in Manhattan, this can be purchased at sometimes more than half the price of other similar (and worse) hotels that in central Manhattan, and does seem to be one of the cheaper ones located outside Manhattan too, but the cheaper price doesn't mean a lack of quality when compared with others! The rooms (from memory) hadn't changed between our two stays in 2017 and 2023 (and do seem older than this) so perhaps could be doing with an update, but they are large rooms and ours had a small sofa located at the end of the room too - beds very comfy. Unfortunately, the air con didn't work our first evening so it was stuffy on the first night, however we didn't bother to raise this as we were so jet lagged from our flight and I'm more than confident the team would've have resolved this for us if we did! Thankfully, it worked the rest of our stay so the room was extremely comfortable after this time. We were located on the 11th floor (I think), and apart from one day where one of the two lifts were broken, we didn't have to spend long waiting for the lifts and got from reception to our room in a few short moments. The reception/lobby/breakfast area seems to have been updated between our stays in 2017-2023, is modern and clean with a large bar area too if required. We didn't have breakfast there or food so can't comment on the food offering. We stayed due to a planned engagement in NYC (she said yes!) and we did tell the Reception Team about this (apologies, we can't remember the woman's name) to see if there was anything they could do as a congratulations, just a simple message in the room for example - she did say leave it with her. We got back later that night,

Non ho mai, mai soggiornato in un posto che ricorda il mio nome. Bella è una delle persone più calde che conosco. E' la faccia di questo hotel. Sono stato anche accolto da molti membri della squadra che mi chiedono come mi sia andato. Tutti si preoccupavano davvero e aspettavano la mia risposta, pronti a risolvere qualcosa o a parlare leggermente di me, trasferindo mio Figlio a New York. La zona sembra schizzina, ma tutti si mantengono a se stessi. La stanza era molto pulita e fresca. I letti potevano usare letti più caldi.Abbiamo trovato parcheggio stradale per la nostra auto. Non hai davvero bisogno di una macchina qui!

Per non parlare della posizione, il Tongniu è accanto, a pochi minuti a piedi dal Molo della Statua della Libertà e dal Museo Indiano, e anche la metropolitana è molto comoda. Tuttavia, devo lamentarmi di questo ascensore al 44esimo piano. ci sono stanze densamente popolate e due ascensori. E quando ho chiesto dell'acqua il giorno successivo, hanno detto che l'avrebbero data solo per il primo soggiorno, e non c'era acqua minerale il secondo giorno. Tuttavia, quando mio figlio è andato a prenderla il terzo giorno, gli è stata data tre bottiglie Lo standard di servizio non era uniforme.

La camera era molto bella ma adeguata. Avrei apprezzato un cestino per i rifiuti in camera. La temperatura nella stanza era perfetta anche se non poteva essere regolata. Il bagno nel corridoio è stato il più deludente. Un bagno era chiuso a chiave e non utilizzabile, un altro non aveva una porta con serratura e il distributore di servizi igienici del terzo si intrometteva nel tuo spazio personale. Le tende della doccia avevano macchie di muffa. C'era spazio limitato per sistemare i tuoi articoli da toeletta. La porta del bagno delle donne era socchiusa, il che riduceva la privacy.

Super friendly from the front desk check-in process to the restaurant and bar staff. Concierge was also very helpful. Great seating areas for work, relaxing, or enjoying a drink with friends. Good choice of gluten-free breakfast options both in the restaurant and for room service. You just need to ask. The staff were really friendly and helpful when informed of specific dietary needs. Had a brilliant stay in Hoboken. It was so quick and easy to get into the city (PATH: 15 minute/ 5 stop train ride from Hoboken into downtown Manhattan. Then you get the best of both worlds. A beautiful waterfront experience with pedestrian walkways and great restaurants, as well as access to the vibrant New York city life.

L'hotel dispone di mezzi di trasporto convenienti. Ci sono ristoranti e ristoranti ovunque e ci sono molti centri commerciali. Estremamente povero. Dalla preautorizzazione risultava che il pagamento era già stato effettuato ma diceva che non era stata strisciata e ho cambiato tre carte. Non c'era niente nella stanza tranne alcune bottiglie di shampoo e articoli da toeletta, nemmeno una descrizione della stanza. L'asciugacapelli era rotto. L'insonorizzazione della stanza era pessima e la moquette era sporca. La colazione non era niente di buono. La cosa più strana è che il rasoio, il sapone e una bottiglia piena di detergente viso HR che avevo portato mi sono stati portati via dal cameriere, e nessuno si è fatto carico delle successive perquisizioni, spingendoli di qua e di là. Non ho mai visto un hotel a stelle così brutto! ! !

We really enjoyed our stay. Only a $4.50 bus ride to NYC. Bus picks you up in front of hotel. Also close to dream mall. Rooms were clean, good breakfast, and showers were hot. Hotel is a short ride to American Dream Mall. Very reasonably priced. Will stay again.
