Hotel in zona DIOR New York Saks, New York

L'hotel è a soli 1 isolato dalla Piazza Times e quindi la posizione è 5*, è un piccolo edificio a cinque piani senza ascensore, le camere sono piccole, la camera deluxe è un po 'più grande - nella stanza troveremo un letto comodo, un posto per bagagli sotto il letto, bagno con cosmetici. In camera non troveremo una caldaia di tè/caffè, ma in zona troveremo un sacco di negozi, ristoranti. Ho avuto una notte, quindi c'era tutto quello che mi serviva. Io consiglio!

La posizione è buona. Può camminare dalla quinta strada, dalla Times Square e dalla Rockefeller Square.Il servizio è ancora disponibile, è necessario inviare messaggi brevi per inviare cose alla reception, ma non c'è servizio di pulizia al giorno per meno di cinque notti.La camera è comoda e spaziosa.

Era possibile effettuare il check-in anticipato e depositare i bagagli gratuitamente. È necessario pagare un credito separato di $ 30 al giorno presso l'hotel e l'importo può essere utilizzato presso il ristorante.

Adoro questo posto.. ho avuto ottime recensioni. La colazione a buffet era ottima, ma ho perso l'ultima colazione a causa della mancanza di informazioni.. Ho chiesto se potevo ottenere un rimborso ma si sono rifiutati. A parte questo, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico. Sicuramente la prossima volta sceglierò questo hotel. I booked at Nap York Central park in June 2022 for September/October 2022. I chose the discounted flexible rate, as I didn’t see having to cancel or move my dates at all - my flight was paid for. Earlier this month my father suffered a stroke, was diagnosed with cancer, and was told he was in need of an operation on his heart. His quality of living went from active and healthy to in need of 24/7 care overnight. I contacted this property to see if even though the flexible option was non-refundable if there might be some leniency with this as I don’t see being able to travel in the near future, even at a partial refund (mostly for the $500 I already paid to be used for medical bills/needs). You cannot actually call or speak to anyone - they do not have phones. You can only communicate through a chat service. They don’t provide any details as to who you are talking to and my questions as to whether there is a management company I might reach out to were unanswered, and then I was just told ‘we don’t have phones’. After explaining my situation, they let me know they would not refund anything but would move the dates. According to my original booking, I would have six months to reschedule. Speaking to someone through the chat service, I was only given four months to reschedule and many dates blocked out and unavailable to me due to holidays. I pointed out that it was less time than my original booking stated and that went unaddressed, the person let me know that ‘my situation’ (my father possibly terminally ill) ‘was not their responsibility’ and they wouldn’t refund my payment or add any dates (which really would have just been giving me what I should have anyway, not exactly doing me any extra favors) and again - all questions as to whether there is an actual number or company to contact with questions was not provided. While I understand my original request for a refund was outside of the original terms, they don’t even offer the terms that are paid for and clearly stated. I’ve also worked at hotels and lodges in the past to know that they often make allowances for nonrefundable stays in cases of extreme circumstances. Booking.com reached out to try to negotiate and the only response they received was ‘no refund’. I’ve also had travel plans in the past change slightly and have been out money and have not asked for special accommodations or refunds from locations, but with the stress of my father’s health and rising costs, and so suddenly, I was looking for some empathy here. United Airlines is notorious for delayed customer service or non-negotiable refunds and I was able to explain my situation and received a full refund immediately. After some of the language used by whoever manages their chat service, I wouldn’t stay at this location at this point. I've attached some of the reviews on google, as well as management's insane responses (including taunting people about calling the police, or pointing out they don't speak English).

Non ho mai, mai soggiornato in un posto che ricorda il mio nome. Bella è una delle persone più calde che conosco. E' la faccia di questo hotel. Sono stato anche accolto da molti membri della squadra che mi chiedono come mi sia andato. Tutti si preoccupavano davvero e aspettavano la mia risposta, pronti a risolvere qualcosa o a parlare leggermente di me, trasferindo mio Figlio a New York. La zona sembra schizzina, ma tutti si mantengono a se stessi. La stanza era molto pulita e fresca. I letti potevano usare letti più caldi.Abbiamo trovato parcheggio stradale per la nostra auto. Non hai davvero bisogno di una macchina qui!

La sede è su Lexington ave, 57th street, molto vicino alla mia azienda, e ho soggiornato per cinque giorni. Il check-in è abbastanza comodo, la stanza non è piccola, ma le strutture non sono molto buone. La cassaforte non funzionava, niente frigo. Il prezzo è molto alto durante le vacanze estive, con una media di $ 310 al giorno

La stanza non è grande e le strutture e le attrezzature sono un po' vecchie, ma sono relativamente pulite. Anche il letto è molto comodo e utile per dormire. È molto vicino allo Status Ferry (gratuito, ogni mezz'ora tutto il giorno) e al punto di imbarco a pagamento Statua della Libertà/Ellis Island. Le attrazioni vicine sono raggiungibili a piedi, tra cui la Federal Hall, la Federal Reserve degli Stati Uniti e la Trinity Church. Ci vuole mezz'ora per raggiungere a piedi il ponte di Brooklyn e scattare foto al centro del ponte. C'è un Whole Foods Market a Wall Street non lontano dall'hotel. Dopo aver acquistato il cibo, puoi mangiare nel ristorante al piano di sotto. Offre zuppa calda, sushi e cibo occidentale. È molto conveniente e adatto allo stomaco cinese i prezzi del ristorante, tasse e mance, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La camera era molto bella ma adeguata. Avrei apprezzato un cestino per i rifiuti in camera. La temperatura nella stanza era perfetta anche se non poteva essere regolata. Il bagno nel corridoio è stato il più deludente. Un bagno era chiuso a chiave e non utilizzabile, un altro non aveva una porta con serratura e il distributore di servizi igienici del terzo si intrometteva nel tuo spazio personale. Le tende della doccia avevano macchie di muffa. C'era spazio limitato per sistemare i tuoi articoli da toeletta. La porta del bagno delle donne era socchiusa, il che riduceva la privacy.

Aveva già soggiornato 3 notti in un'altra stanza nello stesso hotel e voleva rimanere un'altra notte, ma non poteva stare nella stessa stanza perché era stato prenotato. Questa volta non ha avuto la stessa vista, ma non è stato male tutto. L'uomo della campana in fondo al piano di sotto tiene il nostro bagaglio mentre aspettavamo di accedere. Si consiglierà questo hotel a chiunque vuole venire a visitare New York City.
