L'hotel è in una posizione ideale, il personale è amichevole, le camere sono spaziose e i letti sono comodi. Viaggio molto per lavoro, e l'hotel di livello inferiore Marriott non riconosce lo status di livello (che è buono) ma ci è stato piacevolmente sorpreso di trovare una nota personalizzata che ci accoglie e mi ringrazia per essere un ambasciatore con regalo di benvenuto.

Abbiamo soggiornato intorno al tempo di ringraziamento. Grande hotel per essere vicino alla parata di Macy. Dovremmo solo camminare 1/2 un blocco. L'hotel ha 2 hotel in uno. Che possono essere affollate quando si arrivano gli ascensori. La camera sembra più piccola della maggior parte degli hotel. Con solo abbastanza spazio per muoversi. Il modo Hall sono estremamente sottile permettendo il traffico a piedi di essere come una linea di file singolo. Servizio in camera per la pulizia è ogni 2 o 4 giorni. Devi lasciare il desktop frontal se hai bisogno di qualcosa riempito. Ti terranno a disposizione e di notte, quindi sii pronto a avere un visitatore di notte. Sfortunatamente siamo stati troppo stanchi per andare a colazione. Quindi abbiamo perso il colazione e non possiamo recensire il colazione. Ospiti erano carini e benvenuti.

Adoro questo posto.. ho avuto ottime recensioni. La colazione a buffet era ottima, ma ho perso l'ultima colazione a causa della mancanza di informazioni.. Ho chiesto se potevo ottenere un rimborso ma si sono rifiutati. A parte questo, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico. Sicuramente la prossima volta sceglierò questo hotel. La posizione era ottima e tutto era così vicino a pochi passi.

酒店設施很新，房間很舒服，有廚房用具，連洗碗機都有。酒店地理位置好，周邊公交和地鐵都很便捷，畢竟處在時代廣場。酒店人很多，但電梯較多，大堂有早餐，品種也很多，總體感覺很好。下次去紐約還會選擇在那裡入住，如同酒店的名字Home2一樣,這裏就是旅行者第二個家。

Sulla base della mia esperienza di soggiorno qui tre volte, posso consigliare responsabilmente questo hotel. L'hotel è in un'ottima posizione, circondato da numerosi negozi famosi, VS, Times Square, Rockefeller Center e altre attrazioni, a soli 10-15 minuti a piedi. Il servizio alberghiero è a posto e la colazione all'americana è ricchissima! La camera è spaziosa e igienica, ma ricordatevi di dare la mancia:) La cosa più importante è che ci sono molti ristoranti cinesi vicino all'hotel. Questo ristorante Ye Lai Xiang è molto buono. Devi andare presto, altrimenti dovrai aspettare che si liberi un tavolo!

I booked at Nap York Central park in June 2022 for September/October 2022. I chose the discounted flexible rate, as I didn’t see having to cancel or move my dates at all - my flight was paid for. Earlier this month my father suffered a stroke, was diagnosed with cancer, and was told he was in need of an operation on his heart. His quality of living went from active and healthy to in need of 24/7 care overnight. I contacted this property to see if even though the flexible option was non-refundable if there might be some leniency with this as I don’t see being able to travel in the near future, even at a partial refund (mostly for the $500 I already paid to be used for medical bills/needs). You cannot actually call or speak to anyone - they do not have phones. You can only communicate through a chat service. They don’t provide any details as to who you are talking to and my questions as to whether there is a management company I might reach out to were unanswered, and then I was just told ‘we don’t have phones’. After explaining my situation, they let me know they would not refund anything but would move the dates. According to my original booking, I would have six months to reschedule. Speaking to someone through the chat service, I was only given four months to reschedule and many dates blocked out and unavailable to me due to holidays. I pointed out that it was less time than my original booking stated and that went unaddressed, the person let me know that ‘my situation’ (my father possibly terminally ill) ‘was not their responsibility’ and they wouldn’t refund my payment or add any dates (which really would have just been giving me what I should have anyway, not exactly doing me any extra favors) and again - all questions as to whether there is an actual number or company to contact with questions was not provided. While I understand my original request for a refund was outside of the original terms, they don’t even offer the terms that are paid for and clearly stated. I’ve also worked at hotels and lodges in the past to know that they often make allowances for nonrefundable stays in cases of extreme circumstances. Booking.com reached out to try to negotiate and the only response they received was ‘no refund’. I’ve also had travel plans in the past change slightly and have been out money and have not asked for special accommodations or refunds from locations, but with the stress of my father’s health and rising costs, and so suddenly, I was looking for some empathy here. United Airlines is notorious for delayed customer service or non-negotiable refunds and I was able to explain my situation and received a full refund immediately. After some of the language used by whoever manages their chat service, I wouldn’t stay at this location at this point. I've attached some of the reviews on google, as well as management's insane responses (including taunting people about calling the police, or pointing out they don't speak English).

La camera era molto bella ma adeguata. Avrei apprezzato un cestino per i rifiuti in camera. La temperatura nella stanza era perfetta anche se non poteva essere regolata. Il bagno nel corridoio è stato il più deludente. Un bagno era chiuso a chiave e non utilizzabile, un altro non aveva una porta con serratura e il distributore di servizi igienici del terzo si intrometteva nel tuo spazio personale. Le tende della doccia avevano macchie di muffa. C'era spazio limitato per sistemare i tuoi articoli da toeletta. La porta del bagno delle donne era socchiusa, il che riduceva la privacy.

La stanza non è grande e le strutture e le attrezzature sono un po' vecchie, ma sono relativamente pulite. Anche il letto è molto comodo e utile per dormire. È molto vicino allo Status Ferry (gratuito, ogni mezz'ora tutto il giorno) e al punto di imbarco a pagamento Statua della Libertà/Ellis Island. Le attrazioni vicine sono raggiungibili a piedi, tra cui la Federal Hall, la Federal Reserve degli Stati Uniti e la Trinity Church. Ci vuole mezz'ora per raggiungere a piedi il ponte di Brooklyn e scattare foto al centro del ponte. C'è un Whole Foods Market a Wall Street non lontano dall'hotel. Dopo aver acquistato il cibo, puoi mangiare nel ristorante al piano di sotto. Offre zuppa calda, sushi e cibo occidentale. È molto conveniente e adatto allo stomaco cinese i prezzi del ristorante, tasse e mance, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Estremamente povero. Dalla preautorizzazione risultava che il pagamento era già stato effettuato ma diceva che non era stata strisciata e ho cambiato tre carte. Non c'era niente nella stanza tranne alcune bottiglie di shampoo e articoli da toeletta, nemmeno una descrizione della stanza. L'asciugacapelli era rotto. L'insonorizzazione della stanza era pessima e la moquette era sporca. La colazione non era niente di buono. La cosa più strana è che il rasoio, il sapone e una bottiglia piena di detergente viso HR che avevo portato mi sono stati portati via dal cameriere, e nessuno si è fatto carico delle successive perquisizioni, spingendoli di qua e di là. Non ho mai visto un hotel a stelle così brutto! ! !

Super friendly from the front desk check-in process to the restaurant and bar staff. Concierge was also very helpful. Great seating areas for work, relaxing, or enjoying a drink with friends. Good choice of gluten-free breakfast options both in the restaurant and for room service. You just need to ask. The staff were really friendly and helpful when informed of specific dietary needs. Had a brilliant stay in Hoboken. It was so quick and easy to get into the city (PATH: 15 minute/ 5 stop train ride from Hoboken into downtown Manhattan. Then you get the best of both worlds. A beautiful waterfront experience with pedestrian walkways and great restaurants, as well as access to the vibrant New York city life.
