The staff at this property are nothibg short of Stellar, went abive and beyond to accommodate our short stay.

I booked four rooms for Mardi Gras, and we had a blast! This is a terrific location, directly off Bourbon Street, though it wasn't too loud. The bar was too small and couldn't accommodate us during the height of the festivities. Oh well! We did not eat at the restaurant.
The staff is courteous, helpful, and friendly. The restaurant selection is plentiful.

First year going to Mardi Gra. Almeta at the front desk was very courteous and accomodating. The level of service she provided is the reason I would book again with the hotel.

Great location in French Quarter. Rooms are comfortable. Ask for a room overlooking the courtyard. Rooms overlooking street are very loud at night.

Didn’t get to stay streets were blocked for miles around and couldn’t even get to room. They should have said the streets were gonna be closed to be prepared to park miles away and Uber to room . But instead of doing the right thing they let us book it without saying anything and I had to stay elsewhere. I not happy at
All and stay there very often . But after this I won’t be staying again. We stay at least twice a month. I called to ask for help to find parking etc to get to room and didn’t get any help. Wasted a lot of money for a room I couldn’t. Get to . They couldn’t at least offered a credit for next time . But pretty much said not there problem. I had similar situations in past at royal sonesta and was given a room for another night or did everything they could to get us to our room. So I just stay with them in future . Mazarin just worried about money and not the customer . And I will definitely let everyone know to not stay there . My business will be done elsewhere

First let me say that if you want complete silence them maybe don’t stay in the Quarter. I’ve read some of the other reviews and you people sound ridiculous! I’ve been coming to New Orleans for over 20 years and this was my first time at this hotel and this is where I will continue to come each year!! Clean! Friendly! Close to everything! And quiet enough to get great nights sleep for seven consecutive nights! Can’t wait until next year!! Thank you Hotel Mazarin!!!

This is a great hotel. Just 1 block from Bourbon St. The parade route was not far. Because it is so close to everything, it is loud at night, but to be expected. The service was super nice, and the breakfast was perfect to get the day started.

Overall good place to stay. It was my first time in NOLA so I can't compare it to other hotels. What I didn't like was how the cleaning service allowed the room doors to repeatedly slam as they were cleaning at 8:00 am. I was trying to sleep.
