Hotel in zona Canal St, New Orleans

La posizione è ideale,diretta al quartiere francese e tutti i punti caldi (da 10 a 12 minuti a piedi). Le camere sono spaziose e hanno una semplice disposizione moderna. Ci è una macchina da caffè Nespersso con caffè complementare, molto apprezzato. Il bagno è anche spezioso e pulito, per un piacevole soggiorno di 3 notti, lo consigliamo a tutti.

Mi piace assolutamente questo hotel. Era la mia seconda volta qui, e sinceramente non mi aspettavo di essere sbattuto dal livello di esperienza e servizio dimostrato dal bar, ma era le mani verso il basso il miglior bar che abbiamo mai sperimentato! Tammy era incredibile, il miglior hurricano di New Orleans, così bello e dolce! Craig era anche sorprendente, sapiente, così amichevole. Non stiamo passando tempo al bar nel nostro hotel, perché preferiremmo andare a vedere le vite, ma siamo felici di fermarci! La custodia era anche incredibilmente utile e grande quando il nostro caffè si è rotto. Le camere erano belle e pulite, le letti erano confortevoli. L'hotel si trova a piedi dal Quartiere, così come molti ristoranti nel CBD. Bella zona tranquilla anche. Il ricevitore del front desk era incredibile quando ho dimenticato di controllare la notte prima per la nostra stanza (siamo arrivati alle 5:45), e era veloce a risolvere il problema. Amore questa proprietà, e tornerò sempre di nuovo!

È un bell'albergo nel mezzo di Bourbon st, il che lo rende un ottimo posto dove stare. Super pulito, il personale era super disponibile ed educato. Prenoterò questo hotel per la mia prossima visita a New Orleans.

L'ascensore si sentiva sempre tutta la notte. Il letto vibrava come la sala macchine era sotto. Si può dire che questa era la stanza che vendono sui siti di prenotazione a sconto perché era all'angolo dietro gli ascensori. Se si arriva a 420, si sa che si è sbalorditi.

Colazione prendi e vai, buffet chiusi a causa del covid 19. Camera pulita e rimasta fresca anche quando le luci si sono spente. Nessun servizio fornito durante l'evento meteorologico. Aveva un generatore funzionante ma non supportava l'ascensore. Nel complesso ci tornerei, i lavoratori sono cortesi?

Ho sprecato un punto di risarcimento in questo hotel. L'abbiamo prenotato perché era vicino a dove viveva il nostro amico. La prossima volta rimarremo più lontani. Eravamo lì per il primo fine settimana di Mardi Gras. Durante l’iscrizione, il personale del servizio frontale era distratto dal parlare tra loro di cose non legate al lavoro, anziché di affrontare gli ospiti. (Abbiamo osservato che questa è la norma ogni volta che siamo venuti e andiamo) I refrigeratori di bevanda nel settore al dettaglio avevano solo poche bevande dietetiche e acqua. Quando ci siamo chiesti quando sarebbe stato riempito, il cameriere ci ha detto: ”È la stagione di Mardi Gras. Possiamo ottenere un po' di più dopo”. Sì, è probabilmente la stagione turistica più occupata per New Orleans, chiama il tuo distributore o dica al manager di andare al negozio di pasticceria. Abbiamo prenotato una stanza con un divano da letto e un re. Il dormitore non aveva le foglie, né ci poteva essere usato per fare il letto da soli. La foglia e il giacca superiore non erano nemmeno ingannati sul letto del re. Basato su altre recensioni, Abbiamo portato i nostri asciugamani.Le forniture di caffè non erano state riempite.Il colazione non era niente di speciale e non era riempita fino a quando gli ospiti non hanno chiesto

My Sister was here to stay for a whole week Re a family event. When she went to the pool with the family she got locked out of her room. This was a huge Inconvenience considering all her belongings were in the room as well. Bianca was so helpful as there was no Maintenance Man on property, she had to manually unlock a auto locking mechanism and she had to be on the ground with this long device trying to unlock the door. She spent 30 min trying to get us in the room….she had to contact the on call Maintenance Man and Chris got the door open and changed the battery!! Bianca went above and beyond made the stay awesome. Bianca you rock!!!!❤️

The rooms are nice and clean. The housekeeping staff do a great job. The breakfast is good and attendants helpful, but the stress this place caused me was not worth it. I got a call two hours before check in telling me they didn’t have a room for me the first might of my check in. They sent me to the Best Western in Westwego. 🤮. The manager there acted like he was giving me a comp room. Those were his words when in fact I had paid completely for my room at the plus, not that awful motel. The carpet there is disgusting. The manager at the plus gave me the difference in cash for the price difference when we checked in the next day, which I appreciated and said as a Christian I will let the fact that I was targeted as the only guest sent somewhere else go. But, it never got better. I got charged for the room and had to discuss with the front desk although it was paid in full. Then, the vending machine didn’t work and took my money, so I went to the front desk and the guy there made me feel like I was the problem because I said I don’t understand why I have had so many issues here. Needless to say, this place really added unnecessary stress to my trip and I still don’t know why I was the one targeted on the day I was scheduled to check in. I really tried to make the best of it and be kind but everyone I know in the hotel industry said this was unacceptable and they should have fully comped the first night, not just give me the price difference. I just couldn’t get them to budge on anything and see my point of view, so I gave up. Everyone said they would have made them give me a room because that was the worst treatment of a customer, but it didn’t matter how much I said it was unacceptable. They catered to other guests and targeted me for whatever reason. They said guests didn’t check out, left belongings in the room, and they couldn’t reach those guests. This said to me you value people who don’t honor your rules and regulations more than someone like me, who paid in advance and does honor rules and regulations. I personally believe they let those guests stay and didn’t care about my reservation. This is the most poorly run hotel I have ever dealt with and I travel a lot. My husband warned me not to stay at a Best Western because his experience is always with Hilton and Marriott properties, but the location was ideal for being close to family. My son even said how much closer it was than the horrible, disgusting Westwego one they sent us to. I wish this wouldn’t have been our experience because I travel to the area a lot to visit family and was hopeful we could stay here on all visits but the amount of stress they caused me this trip is not worth it. If you want to make sure you have a reservation, then this is not the place to stay. You can be the random target they choose to send elsewhere for customers who don’t care about policies.
