Recensioni su Holiday Inn New Orleans-Downtown Superdome, an IHG Hotel

We arrived 4 hours early for checking. The hotel stored all our luggage safely. They had a great breakfast that was included in our rate and the crew was courteous. Great plus was the rooftop heated pool. You can’t go wrong with HI for the money.

First time here~ very nice and big room~ great location~ sure will be back~

The hotel was very clean and were very to work with on a minor issue. Staff were very helpful and friendly

The bathroom was very poor I complain for this but no action was taken. The air condition was not working. They don't bother. The coffee machine was do dirt I got I'll to use that coffee machine. My room was 908 . Please refund my money. In earlier experience in Canada And Buffalo your hotels were very good. Please issue a refund. Dharam

Twas a decent stay, hotel staff was mostly helpful when they wanted to be. We eventually got everything we needed. The restaurant was nice for dining in or room service.

Located not far from the French Quarter. Can use trolley to get around. I was able to check in early.

Nice city to visit. Good food and atmosphere. The pool of the hotel was amazing.

My experience at this location was excellent. The room was what I expected it would be. Just a few things I didn’t like but the good was way better than the the bad. The staff was super friendly and professional. I will be booking here in the future again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean room and common areas. The only reason I gave a 4/5 on facilities is because I don't think we should have had to pay $25 to park in the hotel parking garage!

Experience was great will definitely be rebooking soon

- Location: Easy to access - Gym room: Very limited types of machines - The room: Just a room. - As an Asian, I can say there’re some cultural differences between US hotels and Asian hotels. Americans might find the hotel great while Asians might not.

The room doors slammed every time someone left there room which was very annoying as it was very loud but other than that my stay was wonderful. Very nice central location.
