Sono molto particolare su TUTO e sono stato piacevolmente sorpreso dal nostro soggiorno al Days Inn a Torrington. Tutto supera le nostre aspettative. Dean e Lucía sono persone meravigliose che amano aiutare e questo è un grande bene da avere in un hotel. Dal mio arrivo notturno, al mantenitore che voleva portarmi ogni giorno ghiaccio, mi aiutava a trasferirmi i bagagli in una nuova stanza, mi chiuse fuori, e il personale lavorava in modo efficiente e sorridente. Viaggiavo tutto il tempo per lavorare e questo era uno dei migliori alloggi.

Il risultato della camera doppia prenotata è stato raggiunto nel negozio, e ha dato due camere.La stanza è ben acqua calda, il letto è molto comodo.E'molto catastrofico al colazione, ci sono uova di ghiaccio e latte di ghiaccio che possono essere mangiati.

We recently stayed at this hotel after traveling there for a wedding and did not have the experience we were expecting. Aside from our room being in the ”motel” portion of the facilities, which was disappointing, our room had no hot water in the shower. We discovered this early Saturday morning. The solution provided by the front desk clerk was for us to use the shower in a room 4 doors down. This was a surprising and inconvenient solution, but due to timing of our plans, we did need to shower and meet with others by a certain time, so we took turns showering in the other room. We couldn't move into the other because there were 3 of us staying together and only 1 bed in the room. The front desk clerk said we had access to the shower room until noon. When it was my turn to shower, I locked the door to the hotel room AND the bathroom door, since I was by myself. I took a shower and when I got out of the shower, someone was trying to enter the bathroom and wiggling the doorknob. I said ”hello?” and whoever it was left and I heard the hotel room door shut. I was frightened to say the least, so I called my roommate and asked them to wait outside of the room for me to exit the hotel room. This was terrifying! The front desk clerk said it could have been a maid and was very unconcerned that this had happened to a guest. She said she was still trying to get a different room for us to move to and she'd call when they had one. When we got that phone call around 3pm, we were offered a room on the other side of the motel building, close to the loud and busy intersection. I politely declined this room and said the only we would go through another inconvenience of moving rooms was if it were to a nicer room. She said take it or leave it, so we left it. We did not enjoy our stay and wish there were other accommodations available in Avon but couldn't find any. I was kind, pleasant and understanding and gave ample opportunities for the staff to make our experience better, and all they did was take the $30 facility fee off of our bill. Every person I share this experience with tells me that we shouldn't have been charged at all for our stay, and I agree. We should be fairly compensated. I really hope this experience doesn't happen to any future guests.
