It is 5 star hotel. Located opposite the biggest lake of NanNing, it has airport shuttle service & MRT is just beside the hotel. Location is very good.

It’s a very nice hotel in nanning, as it was the best hotel previously, now it’s a bit old but everything is decent, there’s no type c to c charger however.

A grand hotel although it is more oriental style. Very near Metro. Airport bus service is right at the hotel. Beautiful 南湖 is nice for morning and evening walk. We booked a double room. The front dest staff was very pleasant and able to help us when asking for free upgrade to executive, non-smoking room with fantastic view to the lake. The room was very spacious and comfy. Front desk was also efficient to help us solving small issue of the room.

The receptionist was very helpful and polite, she was considerate to arrange my mum to stay the room near the lift lobby. The hotel was a little bit old, but it was clean

房間很寬，頭一晚次卧有滴滴滴的噪音，反饋前台讓一位阿姨上來證實的確有，天亮後經理及電工都過來檢查，後來又來了一位年老一點的，看過後他説上一層正對房間檢查後第二晚噪音就消失了。處理問題的態度還是可以的。房間有許多細節沒做到位：如次卧床頭居然沒有電燈的開關，晚上熄燈睡覺還得起床到門口關燈再摸黑回床鋪，這點的確欠缺人性化；再者浴巾放在淋浴房旁邊的浴缸上面的架子上，拿取十分不便。其實許多五星級酒店會把一塊浴巾搭在淋浴房的門把橫桿上方便取用，可以借鑒一下。早餐種類不多，中規中矩能吃飽，但離吃好當然有所距離。交通方面離地鐵口及琅西夜市還有南湖都挺近的。最推薦的是房間景色真的很棒。所以：瑕不掩瑜，下次應該還會選擇入住的。送的老友粉沒有體驗，可惜了。

房間有點古早 （美式老錢風） 服務一般（外賣機器人送餐送了半小時）但！地理位置非常優越！！就在南湖公園裡麪 緊鄰大草坪和湖邊跑道 酒店大堂就有機場大巴候機廳 附近兩個紅綠燈就有一個美食街 早餐也不錯 種類多也好吃 所以及格分的服務和過時但夠用的設施這些缺點就可以忽略不計

朋友推薦來這家酒店，在老城區附近，出行非常方便，還可以看南湖的美景，定了湖景房，卻沒有時間欣賞，一直在外面玩的不亦樂乎，連住了二天，還可以吧，談不上不好，也談不上很好，就是方便而已，酒店沒有地下停車場，所以都是要走來走去的，有點不方便。早餐沒有訂，不知道情況。有閑情可以到南湖走走，空氣清新。

酒店乾淨衞生，地處南寧市中心，去哪裡打車都是起步價。晚上入住酒店後我們在就地啊解決的晚餐，餐廳氣派上檔次，沒想到比在餐館吃還便宜，味道很是不錯。 要特別感謝14樓的黃經理為我們排憂解難，我們從汕頭帶來的牛肉丸怕放房間會壞掉，請黃經理幫忙，她二話不説就幫我們處理好。今天按退房時間準時讓服務生送到房間給我們。還有，我們昨天買的粽子，今早想熱一下當早餐，加上長者吃早餐很早，和黃經理尋求後，也是立刻安排服務生一早來房間拿粽子去幫我們加熱，然後再送給我們。這樣的服務對於經常住酒店我真的很難遇到。 酒店出門就是有名的南湖公園，早上長者家酒店待不住，公園晨練一個小時回酒店早茶很是愜意。
